I stayed at this hotel on my first trip to Naples with my wife in 20 years.
I had concerns about the security around Naples Central Station, but unlike 20 years ago, there are many police officers stationed around the station, and we did not feel any unsafe conditions during our stay.
Naples Central Station is also a key public transportation hub, and it is easy to access buses and subways for sightseeing in the city, so I felt that it was a very convenient base for sightseeing.
The hotel staff were all polite and reliable.
The rooms were spacious and well-cleaned, and the bedding and towels were clean and comfortable.
Although we stayed in the winter, the room was warm and comfortable.
If there were any areas for improvement, it would be that the Wi-Fi connection was unstable and slow, and if the rooms had been equipped with electric kettles, we would have been more comfortable.

The location is really good, less than 5 minutes walk from Naples Central Station. But the room is small, there is no refrigerator, and no coffee pot. There is air conditioning. Usually, if there is no coffee pot in the room, you can ask the front desk and they will give you one, but here, they said there is none; and they said there is none in a short answer with a whistle, so it made me feel like I made some ridiculous request. For breakfast, you don't have to pick and choose your own food, but it is delivered through some old man. I think it is a strategy to make you feel self-conscious, but most of it is so tasteless anyway that they don't give anything except croissants. Seriously, I've been to many hotels in many countries, but this is the first time I've seen something like this. Italy itself is an individual country, so I wouldn't come near it, but this is probably the worst hotel I've ever stayed at.
