Foi excelente. Hotel muito bem localizado. Um pouco difícil de encontrar, porque não fica muito visivel a placa do hotel. Está sendo restaurado, então é necessária uma senha para entrar e sair.

My partner and I stayed at the Relais Della Porta for 4 nights and it was absolutely fabulous. The staff are wonderful: warm hearted and charming and nothing is ever too much trouble. Breakfast was great too. A nice selection of fruit, cereals, cold meat, cheeses, fruit and vegetables. Also, beautiful Neapolitan pastries and cakes. The room was lovely and very stylishly furnished. I can't recommend the place enough and we will certainly stay there again, should we be in Naples. A real find and highly recommended.

Ich finde das Hotel wirklich erstklassig! Wow! Das Personal ist unendlich freundlich und sehr bemüht. Die Zimmer sind wirklich sehr sauber und schön. Modern gemischt mit altem Stil gibt eine ganz besondere Atmosphäre! Ich möchte aber an dieser Stelle wirklich nochmal die Freundlichkeit aller Hotelangestellten hervorheben und mich gleichzeitig für die wertschätzemde Aufnahme bedanken!

Not worth the price paid
Wanted to love this hotel, but the rooms have stairs which was difficult for my older group. You also have to enter through a small door behind a large door, take a coin-operated elevator to the 3rd floor to locate the hotel lobby which we found cumbersome, especially with luggage. Experience was not worth the price paid.

Posto situato in posizione molto centrale, in una delle vie più percorse e centrali della città. Comoda per arrivare dalla stazione e vicina alla metropolitana. I punti di forza sono, olltre a questo, la silenziosità delle stanze nel complesso molto confortevoli e soprattutto la colazione davvero ricca, curata nella proposta molto varia e nelle materie prime davvero di valore. Un ottimo inizio per visitare la città! Unica pecca, il frigo non funzionante.
