Ambiente storico ben curato nei dettagli, con molta attenzione al rispetto del valore di ciò che si ha intorno. Lo stabile sta subendo lavori di ristrutturazione ma ti accoglie con calore ! Scomodo il dover pagare 10 centesimi per usufruire dell'ascensore...

Amei o hotel. Recepção super simpaticas. Café excelente. Camas e chuveiros maravilhosos! Td incrível. 10 min do centro histórico a pé e 15 min da galeria Humberto 1. Super indico. Voltaria com certeza. Fica num Palácio que está td reformado e novo! Nota 10.

Purtroppo non quello che mi aspettavo perchè ho prenotato al Relais della Porta e invece al nostro arrivo ci hanno spostato al Relais Ammari che si trova nel palazzo accanto, ma io avevo scelto il Relais della Porta perchè le sale comuni erano affrescate e molto belle da vedere dal sito, mentre quello che dove ci hanno spostato era un B&B normalissimo. Avrei almeno gradito saperlo in anticipo, visto che ci siamo scritti più volte. La nostra camera era sul corridoio di ingresso che portava alla piccola reception e alla piccola sala colazioni, pertanto sentivamo tutti i rumori di passaggio e al mattino quelli della preparazione della colazione e il rumore delle persone che facevano colazione prima di noi. La camera era piccola ma confortevole, la pulizia non accurata perchè noi siamo rimaste 4 notti e i nostri capelli sono rimasti sul pavimento, un giorno ho anche dovuto chiedere la carta igienica perchè non era stata messa in bagno. Buona la colazione. Ottima la posizione perchè in pochi minuti si può raggiungere il centro storico di Napoli, Piazza del Plebiscito, la stazione marittima, la metro e la funicolare.

This is a wonderful location to explore Naples. The hotel itself is four floors up in an old palace with its entry through a multi car garage except at night when the entry is through a tiny troll door. Yes, Naples is full of mystery! The rooms at Relais della Porta are spacious, clean, quiet and have comfortable beds. Breakfast is wonderful. The staff are welcoming and attentive. No extras but it's all outside on the streets of Neapolis!

I made a reservation with the hotel and that was confirmed by email. Only 10 minutes before I arrived at the hotel at 7 p.m. somebody rang me and told me that there was a problem with the computer and the room would not be available. No alternative or support was offered to find another room this evening. If you want to be on the safe side to have a room in Napoli, I would recommend not to make a reservation there. Processes are obviously not under control and support in case of problems is not given.

La suite est spacieuse, confortable et silencieuse malgré le balcon sur la via Toledo. L'accueil est fort sympathique et la location parfaite. La meilleure note va au petit-déjeuner, très copieux avec un grand choix de produits salés et sucrés. Excellent!

Siamo stati per il ponte del primo maggio in questa struttura, un immobile che conserva il fascino dei fasti passati unito ad una modernità che non guasta, ben arredato bene tenuto, personale molto cordiale e professionale, colazione ricca e con prodotti di qualità, camere ampie (anche se noi siamo stati in una camera "moderna", senza stucchi ne affreschi). Unica piccola pecca alcune imprecisioni da parte degli addetti alle pulizie, subito risolte dal personale alla reception. È ubicato in un punto strategico dal quale si raggiunge a piedi tutto quanto cenda fare e vedere a Napoli, unico punto distante è il lungomare a Mergellina che effettivamente però non offre, soprattutto x chi visita Napoli la prima volta, particolari spunti di interesse. Vicinissima a spaccanapoli, ai quartieri spagnoli ed attaccata al mercato di pignasecca, tutte aree imperdibili. Sono stati oltre che gentili anche utili nel suggerire soluzioni per pranzi e cene, vero che Napoli offre migliaia di soluzioni ma la qualità non è di tutti 😉. Leggermente caro il relais ma è adeguato alla location ed alla offerta proposta. Siamo rimasti soddisfatti del servizio e della spesa, sono anche disponibili per vari serviI tra cui transfer, visite guidate ecc.
