Nice location just in front of bus stand. Friendly reception. Some problems with the room: no AC controller inside the room; the window is blocked; first floor rooms noisy; no curtains to hide the daylight; not enough clean; bathroom with no facilities .

The bar outside is fun and really loud ! The blanket is itchy i dont know why but it’s itchy ! The shower doesn’t have the door. I like how welcoming the empty fridge is especially if you very thirsty. Good luck big poopers out there bc they give you only one toilet roll. The music is breathtakening till 2 at night especially on a very exhausting day when you absoltely knackered. All jokes aside it was nice reception is friendly and helpful!! 👍🏼

Hotel centrale, con bus che passa sotto l'albergo e metro non troppo lontana (10 minuti). Personale molto gentile..e qui purtroppo finiscono i punti a favore, tutto il resto è il declino. Le stanze sono datate, poco pulite (lenzuola a parte), le luci accanto al letto non funzionanti (comunicato al personale ma non hanno provveduto), linea telefonica assente indi x comunicare con la reception bisogna scendere nella hall. Stendiamo un velo pietoso sul bagno, sanitari e accessori sporchi, doccia da sostituire, calcare ovunque e un odore insopportabile che invaderanno anche la camera da letto. Un vero disastro. Forse anni fa era un hotel degno di questo nome ma ora è da rinnovare assolutamente, altro che 4 stelle !!!

Hotel che vale meno di una stella frigobar vuoto neanche una bottiglia d acqua, pulizia zero bagno e box doccia inaccettabile la colazione bisogna ordinarla al bar affianco e scendere giù per ritirarla . Il letto? Due materassi singoli che di notte si sono aperti e dormito male non ci tornerò mai piu

Ho scelto questo hotel a 4 stelle pensando che fosse sinonimo di qualità invece non era il massimo della pulizia, il telefono per chiamare la reception non era funzionante, il frigorifero era sguarnito di tutto, praticamente vuoto. L'ultima notte del soggiorno il riscaldamento non era stato acceso e la stanza era fredda (si trattava di dicembre), sono scesa giù a segnalare questo problema e mi è stato risposto che c'era unicamente personale che sostituiva chi di competenza e non si è detto in grado di accendere il riscaldamento. Ho quindi passato una notte al freddo e di disagio. Le lampade di fianco al letto non funzionavano quindi o accendevi la luce principale o stavi al buio, non era possibile leggere senza disturbare chi ti dormiva a fianco. Per il resto il personale è gentile.

Per essere un hotel a 4**** con prezzi da 4**** è davvero deludente. Niente telefono (non risponde mai nessuno) ma solo whatsapp o servizio di messaggeria booking. Il personale, giovane, sopperisce con professionalità, disponibilità e cortesia alle tante cose che non vanno; generale decadimento degli arredi (scrivanie, armadi, tavoletta del water, doccia...) e pulizie che lasciano a desiderare. La nostra stanza affacciava sulla piazza con vista sul real albergo dei poveri, un capolavoro da salvare. Con un po' più di cura e manutenzione davvero potrebbe fare la differenza, peccato.

Uno schifo! Una stella di incoraggiamento al personale che quotidianamente deve gestire il malcontento dei clienti. Terribile il bagno, ho rinunciato alla doccia per timore di prendere qualche malattia. Tutto fatiscente e sporco, minibar vuoto, neanche l'acqua, wifi non prende nelle stanze. Da capire perché è una struttura a 4 stelle. Una vera truffa! SCONSIGLIATISSIMO!

tutto rotto… in camera non c’era una cosa che funzionasse bene! Doccia rotta, finestra rotta, asse del cesso svitata, bidet spruzza acqua ovunque come il lavandino. Dovevo capirlo appena sono entrato perché anche la porta d’ingresso era rotta. Un’oca cosa positiva il personale gentile e disponibile

Un albergo che delle 4 stelle non ha nulla. Niente colazione( hanno detto che la sala è in ristrutturazione) vecchio, la ns stanza 438 aveva delle crepe al muro, ruggine ovunque, una finestra tipo carcere e una pulizia piuttosto scadente. Insomma una struttura che dovrebbe essere a una stella e costare come tale. Una sensazione di degrado evidente.assolutamente sconsigliata.
