Appartamento carino per gli amanti del vintage (sinceramente non ci aspettavamo questo tipo di appartamento, dalle foto non sembrava), pulito con ottima e abbondante colazione servita in camera, molto gentile il sig. Marco che ci ha accolti per il check-in.

Terrible friendliness in managing the customer from his arrival to departure. In particular, breakfast was delivered late, often by incompetent people, non-existent sweets of the day, if not sometimes on request and differentiations were made with respect to the trolleys that were delivered to customers of other rooms ... The quality of the products offered, questionable, because in part they were not fresh. The service staff was rude throughout the stay, despite the flaws having been pointed out several times. Furthermore, the owner never showed up in person, but was only heard by telephone, justifying herself in her own way ... Shortcomings that unfortunately had a negative impact on the stay in this structure.

Ho soggiornato in questo B&B nel mese di agosto per 2 settimane. Pur riconoscendo i vantaggi di una comoda posizione e di un ambiente pulito e ordinato faccio presente alcune criticità riscontrate . La colazione veniva posticipata rispetto all'orario concordato, una colazione che in molti giorni mi è parsa penalizzante rispetto a quella servita in altre camere. Rimarco i modi scortesi di una inserviente presente negli ultimi giorni del soggiorno che non ammetteva di aver sbagliato l' ordine di colazione e una volta accertato di aver scambiato erroneamente la colazione con quella destinata ad un altro ospite non solo non si è scusata ma ci ha servito i cappucci freddi che in realtà attendevano da mezz'ora di essere consegnati per negligenza della stessa. Queste negatività sono comunque state comunicate alla titolare della struttura che non abbiamo mai avuto modo di conoscere personalmente.

Safe area, with nearby services, easy to reach from the central station, just one metro stop away and excellent for walking to the Duomo, Via dei Tribunals, San Gregorio Armeno, Via Toledo, etc. Very close to the archaeological museum and Naples underground, 2 metro stations for lines 1 and 2 within walking distance. Apartment on the 1st floor with lift. Excellent value for money. Good breakfast in the room, for gluten-free people a good artisan croissant. Comfortable beds even if the 3 added is smaller in size, but an adult up to 1.65 will fit. Very good cleanliness and availability. They leave luggage. A little cold and humid but this can be resolved with heating with convector heaters. Working wifi, flat screen TV. Bathroom with shower, bidet and heating. Double glazed windows and shutters. Small kitchenette, no fridge. It feels good and the noise from road traffic is resolved with earplugs.
