The owner is a very caring person. She gave detail information regarding all procedures being taken. From taxi service to facilities.
This place is within a convenient central location to both ferry ports.

Abbiamo soggiornato presso questa struttura per 3 giorni, camera ampia, pulita ed in linea con quanto segnalato sul sito. Tipico palazzo delle viuzze centrali di Napoli, si sale al primo piano e qui abbiamo trovato un ambiente accogliente e pulito, di notte silenzioso. La struttura si trova in una posizione strategica a 3-5 minuti da Via Toledo e 5 minuti da Spaccanapoli. Proprietari gentili e disponibili con i quali abbiamo comunicato telefonicamente. Avevamo il volo nel pomeriggio e ci hanno permesso di lasciare i bagagli presso la loro struttura fino alle due. Opzione molto gradita. Se torneremo a Napoli sicuramente ritorneremo al Mascalzone Latino. Esperienza positiva

Fantastische Lage! Hohe Sauberkeit!
Für süditalienischen Standard ist es eine sehr gute Unterkunft. Die Betten sind komfortabel. Insgesamt ist es ein kleines Zimmer mit einem kleinen Bad. Alles ist sehr sauber. Der Gastgeber war ständig zu erreichen. Hier würden wir wieder hinfahren, denn die Lage ist äußerst zentral und dennoch in etwas ruhigerer Umgebung. Hier würden wir wieder hinfahren.

Pulizia molto scarsa, lenzuola sporche e non cambiate..all'arrivo la stanza era sporca e con cambio lenzuola non effettuato, abbiamo dovuto sollecitare la pulizia che è stata effettuata in maniera molto carente dopo tempo. L'aria condizionata diretta nel divano letto senza poterla spostare...Personale poco esperto ...non lo consiglio ...da evitare

You could hear every noise outside the room but other than that the room was clean and everything worked. Close to main streets and stores. Easy to get in contact with property owner.
