This is not a hotel. Is a b&b or a room rental with no 24h reception or any hotel service - not even a bathroom for you to change whenever you arrive. The wifi did not work in any of the 3 days - which is a major problem in Naples, since major Attractions must be reserved online. The breakfast is composed by only processed and packed items, and served in a narrow 3 tables only. The rooms and bathrooms are clean, refurbished and new. The host is very nice.

This relais is definitely one of the most beautiful things we've seen in Naples. It's wonderful, with attention to every detail, classy furnishings, cleanliness, and, most importantly, a superb in-room bathtub! But the best part is Ezia, who welcomed us like only a mother can, fulfilling our every need. A true hostess who adds even more magic to this place. The location is excellent, just steps from the Chiaia neighborhood, perfect for designer shopping, and also close to the historic center. We'll definitely be back. Thank you so much, Ezia!

The location is central but there's no balcony. The room is spacious and cozy, but a bit dusty. The breakfast was good, with the option of bringing it to your room. The bed was a bit uncomfortable, and the pillows were too thin. The room was warm, and the suite even had a tub. Overall, a quiet stay, the property was very modern and well-maintained.

en Rigtig godt sted.... godt placeret, dejlig værelse og faciliterer, en god seng, badværelse.... alt SUPER GODT.
Det eneste vi havde problemer med, var at de skal huske at skrive eller fortælle at til at komme ind skal man trykke, nøgle, de 4 tal og afslutte med nøgle til den første døre. Vi kommer gerne igen og give de bedste anbefalinger til stedet, Mange tak....

I enjoyed the location is near the promenade, very safe, walkable and with amazing dining options.
My only concerned was the effectiveness of the elevator /lift specially when having large luggage. Other than that its a great place in a great location!!. Highly Recommended !

The room was absolutely lovely. The staff was attentive and accommodating. Great location. One recommendation, the entry space could use some attention, entering the building’s shared lobby space can use attention, for a better first impression. The hotel itself is very nice.
