Excellent service, room clean. Friendly staff. Without any questions, at my request, they brought two glasses of wine. The room has a refrigerator and air conditioning.
The downside is the location. You will have to climb the mountain on foot, but you can also use the funicular. The station is a couple of minutes from the room. But this location is also a plus, because from the terrace there is an excellent view of the entire city with Vesuvius in the background.

It’s a bit hard to find , and the phone number was wrong but eventually we found it. Beside this little inconvenient, it is pretty nice and clean. Ideal for friends or couples, not sure for solo as it’s in a rough area unless you know you’re way around. Good value for money. Reception very kind and helpful.

Booked and confirmed by the hotel a double room and they assigned us a room / large bedroom with a double bed and 3 single beds lined up almost like a hospital bed. We asked for a real double and they accommodated us by moving us to a quadruple room. We gave up on requesting the double. White, aseptic walls, without a hint of color. Breakfast was the bare minimum and on the day of departure we could not have it because breakfast starts at 8.00 so if you have a tour or departure in the early morning you skip breakfast if you have to get to the station or airport. Hotel with some difficulty in reaching the center (either a series of stairs or a funicular). However, the hotel has clean rooms and friendly staff. The area where the hotel is located is not exciting.

Very friendly and helpful staff. The room was not up to the price, but clean. The breakfast is absolutely not up to the price requested. The parking is convenient for those who want to visit Naples on foot, even if there is a long way to go

🙂 Das Zimmer ist gross, wir hatten einen wunderbaren Ausblick über Neapel auf den Vesuv. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das italienische Frühstück war lecker.
😏 Die Betten ruckelten beim Umdrehen, die Schublade des Schrankes war kaputt und nicht zu gebrauchen.
Das Hotel war schwierig zu finden, da hätte sicher eine gute Beschreibung in einem Mail im Voraus geholfen.
Beschreibung ab Flughafen: mit Alibus oder shared Taxi (beides 5Euro) bis Piazza Garibaldi. Dort auf die Metro 2 Richtung Pozzuoli, aussteigen an der zweiten Station -Montesanto. Kurzer Fussweg (100m) zum Funicolare. Beim Tabbacchi erneut eine Karte lösen bis corso vittorio Emanuele. Wenn man dort rauskommt, rechts der Strasse folgen, beim Fussgänger überqueren und weiter in die gleiche Richtung gehen(ca.100 -150m). Dann sieht man ein Schild zum Hotel: dort rechts runter und am Ende die Strasse links runter gehen bis zum Haupteingang des Hotels.
