The worst value hotel during our entire trip to Italy. They cut corners at every turn, including by having a virtual check-in desk. Someone only comes to the property to "clean" and take your money. But after showering twice after an almost 100 degree F day in Naples, we left our towels on the floor of the bathroom expecting them to be replaced with clean ones. Instead, the "cleaning lady" simply hung them on hooks in the bathroom without replacing them, and laid our bath mat on a stool in the bathroom to dry, without replacing it either. Disgusting!

The stay was a pleasant surprise! Excellent location, the room was impeccably clean and the friendliness of the people who welcomed us was impeccable. It will definitely be an experience to repeat.

We booked 3 rooms at this property for a group city break. The rooms were very nice, modern and clean. It is more a serviced apartment than a hotel and the entrance to the building could be improved. It is not well sign posted and upon entering the building there is only 1 lift which goes to the 3rd floor that can only hold 2 people so this made it difficult for us to enter and leave as a group of 6.

The staff was incredibly welcoming. Even though we arrived earlier than expected, they were kind enough to let us check in as soon as our room was ready. The room was clean, comfortable, and beautifully decorated, definitely recommend.
