The worst value hotel during our entire trip to Italy. They cut corners at every turn, including by having a virtual check-in desk. Someone only comes to the property to "clean" and take your money. But after showering twice after an almost 100 degree F day in Naples, we left our towels on the floor of the bathroom expecting them to be replaced with clean ones. Instead, the "cleaning lady" simply hung them on hooks in the bathroom without replacing them, and laid our bath mat on a stool in the bathroom to dry, without replacing it either. Disgusting!

The stay was a pleasant surprise! Excellent location, the room was impeccably clean and the friendliness of the people who welcomed us was impeccable. It will definitely be an experience to repeat.

The staff was incredibly welcoming. Even though we arrived earlier than expected, they were kind enough to let us check in as soon as our room was ready. The room was clean, comfortable, and beautifully decorated, definitely recommend.

Sono stata con una mia amica ed era tutto perfetto, tutto pulito, personale gentile, bagno pulito e comodo, doccia con luci colorate, davano a disposizione asciugamani morbidi, sapone, i letti erano comodi e il cibo della colazione buonissimo. La posizione è ottima perché è nel centro e potete facilmente raggiungere tutto a piedi.

Siamo stati accolti con squisita cortesia e disponibilità, oltre che con alta professionalità, sebbene arrivati in anticipo sull'orario previsto. La struttura è ineccepibile, sia per quanto riguarda gli spazi comuni che per la stanza, ampia, pulitissima, confortevole e perfettamente insonorizzata dall'esterno; l'affaccio, tramite un grazioso balconcino, è difatti su Piazza Bovio/ Corso Umberto, ma il caos del traffico, una volta chiusa l'imposta, è impercettibile. Anche il bagno è molto confortevole, dotato di tutto il necessario e molto pulito. Ho scelto la formula senza colazione, per cui non so dire in merito, ma ho molto apprezzato la possibilità per tutti gli ospiti di usufruire dell'angolo tè allestito all'ingresso. Anche la posizione è eccellente, sia per la vicinanza alla metro che per la facilità di raggiungere a piedi molti punti di interesse della città. Tornerò sicuramente nei miei prossimi soggiorni a Napoli.

The sign was so small for this hotel we walked past it a few times. Then it took us a least a half hour to get inside because no one would answer our buzzer call. Room was nice but the entry, hallways and elevater were sketchy.
