I would not hesitate to recommend Allegro Hotel in Naples. Very clean and spacious .... I had no problems with my requests,like finding places or getting around Naples as the concierge is very kind and approachable - clear communication Good value for money!

Proprietari gentilissimo. Mi hanno contattato la mattina dell’arrivo ( previsto per la serata ) e dopo due giorni dal nostro soggiorno per chiedermi come fosse andato il soggiorno. Cosa apprezzabilissima per il garbo e la gentilezza usata. Stanze pulite anche se spartane . L’ubicazione e’ ottima per l’assoluta vicinanza al parcheggio, ma un po’ lugubre e non proprio rassicurante. Ottimo il rapporto qualità/prezzo.

Ci siamo trovati molto bene, il personale é attento agli ospiti, Daniel simpatico e disponibile. Le camere sono pulite e dotate di ogni confort e la struttura è comoda per raggiungere i mezzi pubblici a piedi in pochi minuti. Ritorneremo sicuramente!

Buona sera, io sto aspettando ancora rimborso per mancanza di acqua calda. Sono stata 2 giorni, periodo di Pasqua e non c era acqua calda per lavarsi e la signora Lucia mi ha promesso il rimborso spese! Ho lasciato iban ma niente rimborso. Pulizia scarsa personale assente

Piccolo albergo di recente ristrutturazione, situato in zona comoda sia per andare a Napoli con la macchina, che per spostarsi con il treno. Dista circa 15 minuti a piedi dalla stazione centrale ed è dotato di un comodo parcheggio interno coperto. La stanza era grande, pulita ed accogliente. Ottimo l'igiene al punto che gli asciugamani sono consegnati in una busta e di cellophane sigillata. Ci tornerò. Consigliatissimo
