Naples Pizza Hostel

DO NOT BOOK THIS HOSTEL. My friends and I stayed here two weeks ago and had a nightmare hostel scenario. When we checked in, they randomly switched our room last minute because a girl didn’t feel comfortable in hers… turns out, they moved us into that same room, which was INFESTED with hundreds of bed bugs. I didn’t notice until after sleeping there for two nights but now I have 60+ huge, painful bites and I’m still dealing with them weeks later. After we found bugs and saw that the mattress was COVERED in tiny blood spots we ran to the front desk to tell them and all they basically said “Yeah, this happens sometimes,” which makes me think they knew the entire time and still aren't going to fix this problem at all. When we asked the front desk for a refund and they said they’d take care of it but then have totally ghosted us the past 2 weeks. The showers were moldy, there was no toilet paper, and people (including old men) were literally smoking in the bathrooms. One toilet was straight up destroyed, covered in piss and poop. Not even usable. It smelled like infected toenail in there.

WORST HOSTEL - DO NOT STAY HERE We arrived to realise they double booked our room so we were put in a different room where one of us had to sleep on a mattress on the floor which we later found ants on the floor. We were promised a partial refund as soon as the manager was back from leave which is now a week ago and have not received any money or even a reply to my multiple emails chasing this up. The property also advertised having WiFi which was not working the entire stay. The room we were given had no windows and was damp so felt like a prison cell especially be wise the tried to fit 3 people in a 2 person room. I would not recommend.
