WORST HOSTEL - DO NOT STAY HERE We arrived to realise they double booked our room so we were put in a different room where one of us had to sleep on a mattress on the floor which we later found ants on the floor. We were promised a partial refund as soon as the manager was back from leave which is now a week ago and have not received any money or even a reply to my multiple emails chasing this up. The property also advertised having WiFi which was not working the entire stay. The room we were given had no windows and was damp so felt like a prison cell especially be wise the tried to fit 3 people in a 2 person room. I would not recommend.

Terribile, sporco e ad un prezzo decisamente troppo elevato per quello che offre. Abbiamo dovuto pagare 10€ in più (oltre al prezzo della camera) perché siamo arrivati alle 00:00 all’ostello e non alle 20:00, orario in cui chiudeva la reception, nonostante sul sito ci sia scritto ‘accettazione 24/h’. Come se non bastasse abbiamo dovuto aggiungere anche 2,50€ a testa al giorno per la tassa di soggiorno. Le foto sul sito non rispecchiano la realtà, nelle camere internet non prende e il Wi-Fi arriva a fatica. Assolutamente da evitare; unica nota positiva la posizione molto comoda e il personale abbastanza cortese e disponibile.

The private room was like a closet. No outside window. There was only one window to a corridor where a man slept and snored all night. He also smoked so our room smelled like cigarettes though it smelled like mold even before. Thanks to the staff-girl that worked there the man that slept on the couch was gone for the next evening. The only good thing about the hostel is location. The power went out one day in the morning and came back in the evening. I could say that it was the worst hostel we have ever been to.

este no es un hostel,es una pocilga no hay nadie en recepcion y me cobraron 10 euros por pesona por abrirme la puesta esta ubicado en un lugar horrible,los vecinos no los quieres ,es con camas uidosas sucio,un poqueria el peor que vi en mi vida de viajera lo unico que se salva es la chica de recpcion que hace voluntariado pero no vayna

Très bien situé, lieux propres et sécurisés. Le personnel est pro et aimable. Cuisine partagée, salle de bain dans les chambres. On m’a mise avec des femmes sans que j’aie à demander. Il y a des casiers pour ranger vos affaires. Je recommande !!

Personale molto professionale e cortese. Pulizia eccellente, le lenzuola ben stirate e profumate di fresco. Il bagno ben igienizzato. Unica pecca la chiusura della stanza da rivedere (si riesce ad aprire anche se chiusa a chiave). Comunque ottima esperienza da rifare. Bravi ragazzi!
