Nous avons apprécié particulièrement l’emplacement de l’hôtel, notant sa proximité avec des attractions locales et la possibilité de se promener le long de l’eau. Nous avons séjourné à l’hôtel Bluewater à Napier et avons été agréablement surpris par la propreté et le bon état général des lieux. Les chambres étaient bien entretenues, propres et offraient tout le nécessaire pour un séjour confortable.

Booked this property through ***********. Quite shocked on arrival. The premises is well past its prime. Old and dingy with wooden steps upstairs and wooden verandah to each room that produced loud footsteps by passers by. The room was basic with a very small tight area for preparing coffee or tea but had a toaster that meant having to move everything else to enable its use. The microwave was above this space but we did not use it. Parking was an issue. We were allocated a bay but that was already in use so told “ just use the next one” which probably created a snowball effect. The parking bays a very tight too.

Beautiful place to stay considering it was 280 per night which full amount was paid before i got ther. After travelling all afternoon I feel i was racially profiled when checking in and had a 200 dollar bond put on my visa which isn't mentioned anywhere on the booking information so felt very BLINDSIDED and uncomfortable.

Very clean and tidy, we ordered the ground floor, the front desk upgraded us to the third floor, very quiet. The balcony can see the seaside, there are fried chicken and izakaya opposite the hotel, praise! ! There is free parking, and friends who drive can choose this place. The location is great. The bed was very comfortable and the hardness was moderate. Very pleasant stay~

The location of the hotel is on the side of the road and it is very easy to find. The hotel is a renovated residential building, very warmly furnished, fully equipped, very new! Recommended. If you travel by car, the car can be parked outside the room, which is very convenient. There is a new world supermarket nearby.

We stayed here for 3 nights. I can assure everyone who is planning to come to Napier, we had a good experience for staying at this hotel in every aspect, cleanliness, location near city centre by 5 mins walk, countdown and pack n save just 2 mins aways. Beach is just 7 mins away from hotel. Sushi shop just 5 mins aways. Everything you want is near you. You will enjoy staying at this hotel. hotel's staff are super attentive to your requirements. All the bad reviews I can say they seems to be irrelevant. Non of them we faced here.
