This place is always my only place to stay. The staff are very nice, the rooms are great! And the breakfast in the morning is amazing. The check in process is very simple. Usually always great cookies in the lobby with tea. Patio is a great spot to also hang out

Charming and convenient location to downtown. Excellent breakfasts. Would definitely stay again. I liked being able to pick my room from their website (each one being slightly different) and appreciated the freshly baked snacks left in the tea room each day. Friendly staff, clean and comfortable room, pretty grounds, very good value for a Napa stay. I especially enjoyed the warm greetings from Candy, who served us breakfast Friday and Saturday.

The Inn is so perfect. First off, the communication before you get there is so helpful. The staff are so nice and informative. The breakfast is the best. I especially loved the closeness to the town. No car was needed. Will be back again. Book this place!

The inn is convenient to all that there is to do in the historic city of Napa and the beauty surrounding it. It is easy to find, parking is provided, and the check-in/out arrangement is straight forward. I was there by myself ( in town for a concert) and enjoyed the peaceful quiet. There are no tv’s in the room which is a big plus ( no neighboring television noise.) The bed was fabulous ! The soaking tub was lovely. The breakfast ( something for everyone ) was delicious. I’m looking forward to my next stay.

My husband and I stayed for the weekend and loved everything about the B n B. The place was exceptionally clean, staff went above and beyond for hospitality, and we loved that the room had a tub and fireplace. We will definitely be returning in the future.

10/10 Property with Attentive Staff
This is truly a gem of a stay in Napa. Quaint and unassuming, but will always exceed all expectations. From cozy and scenic baths, to a comfortable and clean sleep; paired with a communicative and attentive staff and clean lodgings, what’s not to love!? If you can’t attend an on-site breakfast, they’ll prep you a continental breakfast with some of the freshest fruit available. They make sure to outline everything you might need and then some with their stellar communication.
2nd time staying and I’ll continue to frequent this spot!

We loved staying in this 1905 house, with large rooms and historic touches. We were a group of eight and it was perfect for us. As it was January, we didn't use the lovely patio, but the dining room had a lovely large table for our wine and cheese fest before walking to downtown Napa for our dinner and concert. The next morning, we all lingered hours over a delicious breakfast together before checking out and continuing our Napa adventure. I particularly loved the large tub and the 24 hour hot tea bar!
