We stayed 3 nights at the Manos hotel in Naoussa. We received from the receptionist, and probably the boss, a cold, authoritarian welcome with no sense of welcome or business. The first impression is essential. Here, we were not offered even a glass of water upon arrival. No help carrying our luggage, no information on restaurants or sites to visit in the area. The icing on the cake: the hotel had received information about us for an excursion. More than 24 hours later, this information had not been transmitted to us.
