Booking a room through Trip was a very unpleasant process. When we arrived at the hotel, we had to carry our luggage upstairs. The facilities were old and inconvenient. Parking required extra payment. Only the breakfast was OK. The reservation staff and the front desk staff were unable to solve the problem. In short, it was an unpleasant accommodation experience.
