The hotel facilities are very neat. Also, the breakfast buffet is great. By the way, I was a little surprised because the hotel was too cheap for the facilities and meals. I plan to use this hotel on my business trip in the future.

The front desk service provider name JJ is excellent. 1. Noticed and help to cancel one repeated booking. 2. Personally, assist in transferring 5 luggage case to my room 3. Provide details explanation on the room services and hotel facilities 4. Politely greeted the guests whenever they walk over the front desk Whereas the facilities is good with gym room and washing & dryers machines. The service in front desk, breakfast section and housekeeping are good. I strongly recommend this Hotel to friends and will repeated stay whenever I am in Nantong.

It's a good hotel, but the staff don't speak English, I find that happens regularly in China even if there is an international hotel

I went to Nantong with my friends and booked this hotel. It was great! The hotel customer service warmly received us when we checked in and helped us arrange adjacent rooms. The guest rooms are fully equipped and comfortable. There are also gyms, self-service laundry and other services. The breakfast buffet has rich dishes.
