Mercure Hotels in Nantes

An exceptional stay! The hotel is beautiful, the rooms comfortable and decorated with care. The staff is warm and attentive. Upgrade and decoration for my birthday. I checked in and when I went to the room I was assigned, there was somebody already in there! So I had to go back down with all my things to get another room. Also there was a guy who was drunk or mentally unstable (or both) in reception who was bothering guests (including me) and the staff did not do anything to get rid of him. Once I finally got my own room it was small but comfortable & clean enough, although the double bed was in fact two singles pushed together, so the bed was not as comfortable as it could be and would be bad for couples. Overall I was disappointed by the experience.

The hotel is ideally located in the heart of the city, allowing you to visit everything walking and having a parking space, but the litter is not at all (fine and very hard matlas), it is the same litter that you can find in the Ibis hotels **. The chairs are straight and too small (this hardly covers the bed intle), the small and unvolume cousins, the fine coat and all small. This point must really be changed, at present they are absolutely not worthy of a 4-star hotel. The rooms are quite small.
