I took one apparently with two bedrooms upstairs and a bathroom. Downstairs a large room with a sofa, a table, 4 chairs, a kitchenette, a fridge and a small freezer. The room is very spacious. It is really very good. A very small flat on some places where the cleaning was not optimal. The reception is good. The breakfast room is pretty good and a bit small, you can easily walk on it when you want to access the buffet.

Customers not at all discreet at night. The radiators are locked, we can neither lower nor increase the temperature of the radiators

Hotel bien ubicado cerca de la autopista, llegamos fuera del horario del check-in y bos dejqron las llaves en una consigna con instrucciones (entre ellas ir a primera hora de la mañana para hacer el check-in), se puede aparcar sin problema. Habitaciones correctas.

The apartment was spacious with a very comfortable king size bed in bedroom and a bed settee, which was easy to pull out and was also comfortable. Over bath shower good pressure and plenty of hot water. Kettle, coffee maker and fridge were really only things we used, but had plenty of glasses and crockery and pans and a hot plate. We enjoyed using the swimming pool which was slightly heated just to take chill off. Had outside picnic table. It was easy to get to by tram and then bus or 20 min walk from tram. Bought the 4 day Nantes pass which gave entrance to a few attractions including boat trip and all the public transport, so we’re able to hop on and off trams, worth the money. We also caught the train to coast, about an hour’s journey and had a lovely day at beach. Eating out prices ok, nor more than UK. All in all thoroughly enjoyed 4 day stay in vibrant town.

At 91 euros per room we expected much better. Dust, towels on the floor in the closet. Sticky floor. Large room but old wallpaper. Ceiling application made of paper full of dust and dirty. Move on because it does not look like the photos on the internet

It's not cheap. And even breakfast, for €12 per person. Very poorly served. I've eaten much better at Ibis and B&B. The person responsible for replenishing sliced ​​cheeses and cold cuts disappears from the place! Go downstairs and go to reception. She is not polite, not even kind. There was no Emmental cheese to replace, so she turned her back and went to do another job. Very hot environment with strong lighting, the breads are exposed in this heat. We wanted more cheese, but the woman disappeared.... The room we stayed in, although spacious, does not have air conditioning. It was very hot.

I do not recommend this hotel because the manager added an extra night to my stay on the pretext that I had not canceled even though I had another active reservation. The problem came from my travel agency which had made a duplicate. Not honest. The director did not want to see me. Hotel to avoid.
