We returned to this hotel after 3 years for the much delayed Hellfest Festival in June. Again I cannot fault the hotel or services. Clean room and bedding and strong breakfast offering. We will be back again next year and recommend this hotel as noted along with its location being 2 minutes from the train station. Merci pour un excellent séjour David

Great hotel, very conveniently located close to everything, shops, restaurants and attractions. The staff were very helpful and nice. The room was comfortable and clean. The carpet was perhaps the worst aspect of it but that did not take in any way from our stay. The breakfast was included and it was really nice, a continental style breakfast of all you could eat. It was superb value for money, very reasonable for the centre of Nantes. I’d highly recommend this hotel.

Some problems were encountered during check-in, and the staff were very enthusiastic and solved them in a timely manner. The food in the restaurant is good, the service is in place, and you can park at night on the opposite street.

It was a young girl with accent , she spoke different languages with the clients i saw her everywhere trying to help clients it was really really incredible her energy. Me and my friend lost our key card for the room and she reallly quick made a new one , she was really running It was 18 decembre , Nantes is beautiful . I loved it !

The predecessor of the hotel was a royal palace, but it has been transformed. The breakfast is rich, and the chef even asks you about the taste. In fact, there are very few services in France. His family is an exception. very considerate service

The hotel is on the more central street in Nantes. There is an underground garage in the store. It's about 15 euros a day. It's very convenient or quite good. The Nantes Castle Museum is within a 5-minute walk. There is a free breakfast buffet in the morning and two free drinks in the evening. 0.0 is considered a modern hotel in that circle. Awful experience at this hotel. Check in is stated at 2pm so arrived around 3pm with my family (3 year old and a 4 month old.) I was told our room was not ready and we would have to wait. Waited an hour in the lobby (4pm) to be told again our room was not ready and hadn’t been cleaned. Again waited in the lobby and At 5.30pm and close to tears after watching numerous people check in and with a very bored 3 year old and a very tired baby I was again told my room was not ready, bearing in mind this was 3 and a half hours after the 2pm check in time stated online. Also during all of this I was told there were no baby changing facilities available at all in the lobby. No empathy from staff shown for my situation. After stating I would have to cancel and find alternative accommodation a room became available?! We eventually got a room closer to 6pm 4 hours after stated check in time when booking. No travel cot in room as requested bought brought to the room eventually. I am totally in shock with the treatment we have received. Would not recommend if travelling with children or if you want to spend your time sitting in a reception area instead of the room you have paid for!!! Some positives: nice breakfast, room was a good size, snack shop downstairs was handy, bar staff were lovely.

We were only here for one night, but such a unique room is one we'll remember the rest of our lives. We arrived after a long day of sightseeing, and the front desk could not have been more welcoming or more helpful -- and we appreciated very much that he was fluent in English. One of the restaurants he recommended turned out to be wonderful, and the hotel's breakfast was one of the best we had.

The hotel is ideally located in the heart of the city, allowing you to visit everything walking and having a parking space, but the litter is not at all (fine and very hard matlas), it is the same litter that you can find in the Ibis hotels **. The chairs are straight and too small (this hardly covers the bed intle), the small and unvolume cousins, the fine coat and all small. This point must really be changed, at present they are absolutely not worthy of a 4-star hotel. The rooms are quite small.

Staff were friendly and very helpful. Apar**ent was excellent as was the view from the windows. Lots of space to relax in and plenty surface area for cooking and serving dinner (nice big wooden table). Would have given it 5 stars (rather than 4) for amenities except we had difficulty operating the cooker (neither of us had used an induction hob before and didn’t know that we needed to match the pot size with the ring/hob size and so it kept turning off confusing us). It was for my birthday and the staff had put happy birthday balloons on the bed and that was a nice touch. It was a good birthday and I enjoyed the space, wine and food we cooked. Shower was also noticeably nice.
