I had a wonderful time at Nanning Hotel! The hotel itself is beautiful, but it is the staff who made my stay. I was fortunate to meet Zhou Yu, the front of house manager, whose excellent English was very helpful. He and the other staff of this hotel went the extra mile to help me enjoy my stay. I thoroughly recommend the hotel!

Non-smokers please note that this listing includes both smoking and non-smoking variants! We did not notice this as other listings we've seen usually indicate whether the room itself is smoking/non-smoking. Additionally the front desk didn't ask for our preference when we were checking in. We only noticed the stench after we had settled in and were ready to sleep.
The room is also equipped with a soundproofing door but we were still woken up by loud noises from the hallway and the room above.
Besides these issues the room was generally spacious and bedding was comfortable.

A grand hotel although it is more oriental style.
Very near Metro. Airport bus service is right at the hotel. Beautiful 南湖 is nice for morning and evening walk.
We booked a double room. The front dest staff was very pleasant and able to help us when asking for free upgrade to executive, non-smoking room with fantastic view to the lake. The room was very spacious and comfy.
Front desk was also efficient to help us solving small issue of the room.

I have been to Nanning for business trips recently and have stayed in many hotels. This time I chose the more famous Nanhu Mingdu Hotel. As expected, many details of this time-honored hotel are very well done! From the check-in at the front desk, I was upgraded to a lake view room for free, and the guy at the gym actively prepared water for me and handed me a clean towel in person. The room also prepared red wine, etc. All these details made me feel very satisfied! 👍👍
I will continue to choose this hotel next time I come. Recommend it!

My friends and I stayed at the K International hotel for one night while transitioning to Beihai. The check-in process was really long and frustrating due to the many checks that weren't informed to us before arriving. But Amy (the night supervisor) was extremely helpful. She upgraded our room to the 17th floor, gave us a discount for lounge drinks, and tried to book the shuttle for us to the train station.
When we finally arrived at our rooms, we were impressed. The rooms were really lovely (with comfy pillows), and the beautiful bathtub I used was very relaxing.
The breakfast had different options and was delicious but could have had more western-style foods.
Overall, we enjoyed our stay at the K International and would recommend it to anyone visiting Nanning.

It was the first time I brought my family to Nanning for a trip. The hotel I stayed in was great, with beautiful scenery and a riverside park next to it. It was very comfortable to take a walk. There were also small animals in the hotel, which the children loved very much. Xiao Luo and Xiao Jing at the front desk were also very enthusiastic to help us. I will choose this hotel again next time I come.

It feels pretty good. The afternoon tea, freshly baked toast cheese bread and freshly fried French fries are delicious. The tea is average, the hotel's milk quality is good, the fruit is not so good, and the breakfast is also delicious. The hygiene is fine, the basic room type has a bathtub, the bad thing is that the window of my room faces the street and there is no view. The Cantonese restaurant on the fourth floor did not serve a dish for 25 minutes after ordering, so I directly refunded the order without eating. Because the weather was bad and there was an orange gale and hail warning, I stayed in the hotel for a day and did not go anywhere. The housekeeper Abao is very good and can provide emotional value and some help

I grabbed the concert ticket and booked the hotel. Although the price was a little higher than usual, it was within the acceptable range. The hotel has a special pick-up service, which is convenient for the traffic trouble of the concert. The hotel also sent milk tea and JJ stickers when sending it to the hotel. It's a big plus 👍. The customer service manager Xiao Fang is also online. The buffet is good

GGuest UserI love the location however there are some things that can be improved. This was my third time staying.
1. More customer service training for the cooks at the breakfast buffet stations. It can be tiring standing and coping with massive crowds at time and dealing with some customers may lead the staff losing cool.
2. Missing lock at toilet on level 17 near the cafe.
3. The light switches in room can be improved.

Thanks to the thoughtful service of the housekeeper Xiao Yang and the hotel front desk, we were arranged a building and room with a wide view and convenient travel. The family rested well and had a lot of fun! Next to the hotel is Wuxiang Lake Park, and opposite is Nanning Night. The beautiful scenery + food + hotel gardens and cute pets + professional and warm ❤️ service, it is really a very suitable hotel for relaxation. Here we saw 👀 many kinds of flowers and plants, whether it is the tall, red and golden kapok flowers in front of the window, or the bougainvillea on the balcony guardrail, and the flame flowers that sparkle in the sun ☀️, and the white, pink and lavender hyacinth flowers on the roadside sidewalks, all blooming! The hotel restaurant 🍴 is opposite the swan 🦢 pond, you can eat while watching the white swan 🦢 paddling and the little black cat catching fish. When I left the hotel, it happened to be March 3, and I received a small commemorative gift specially customized by the hotel 🎁, thank you Xiao Wei! We like it very much💕very happy! We will remember this very happy trip to Nanning and will come again in the future! I hope good stores will get better and better!

AAnonymous User1. When checking in for the first time, the front desk did not synchronize the room card with the executive corridor service, which resulted in not being able to reach the 17th floor. I went downstairs to the front desk to get a room card again. The front desk service was not detailed enough. 2. The landline in the room did not clearly inform how to use the phone to call the front desk. Some lights were faulty. The spotlight on the top of the bed in the room could not be turned off. Either the main power was turned off, or only the spotlight could not be turned off. 3. The room at the end of the corridor was facing the corridor, which was dim. The robot came to the door for service in the middle of the night, which was extremely scary. The robot's eye screen was bright, and the corridor behind it was dim. It was really a bit scary. 4. The breakfast buffet environment and service were average, and there were few service staff. 5. Finally, I would like to praise the cleaning lady and the little brother at the door for being proactive and friendly.

JJamieThis hotel was somewhat disappointing to us because we booked it as we wanted to spend our evening at a mall before leaving for our flight the following morning. But we had to taxi for 15min to the nearest mall even though the advertised location was next to subway station and at doorstep of shopping mall.
There were children’s towels, toothbrushes, stool steps and toys but some are in poor condition and dirty. The couch and curtain were dirty too. The robot came and sent a “fruit basket” filled with melted chocolates, soggy longan. One of the female reception staff was very professional and friendly. Breakfast was a good spread, marking a good ending to our stay.

XXuelifangfeiI forgot to take pictures of the room. The location is very good, very close to Qingxiu Mountain. I made an appoin**ent with friends to stay in Qingxiu Mountain. The air is good and the scenery is beautiful. Next time I come to Nanning, I will choose to stay at Sunshine International. It's convenient!

LLakeeaMy first trip to China led me to the WANDA Realm Hotel, chosen amidst uncertainty. The hotel is amazing, Its prime location adjacent to a mall made shopping a breeze. The spacious, clean room and delightful Western breakfast added to the experience. Although I didn't capture any photos, I'd eagerly return for business or leisure. Overall, the experience, location, room quality, and staff were exceptional. I would definitely recommend anyone to stay at this hotel.
