第二次來南寧了，在攜程挑選了這個酒店，果然沒讓我失望，酒店非常乾淨，走道都是香香的，房間設施非常齊全，你在沒想到的，酒店已經給你想到了，在出發前酒店小孔就事先聯繫，服務領先一步，酒店前台小丹小姐姐人美心善，我們在一樓洗的衣服烘乾後，非常貼心讓機器人送到房間，省去了等待時間，非常感動，酒店非常值得推薦。給酒店點贊👍

Pros: 1) Staff at the reception are friendly and helpful; they arranged a disposable shaver to be delivered to my room - much appreciated. 2) Location is good, very close to the train station and shuttle bus (route number 1) to NNG airport. 3) Our room is very clean, having comfortable bed, pillows and linens. Cons: 1) Lifts are small and always crowded. 2) Breakfast is a disgrace… There was no meat, and hardly anything else. My wife and I were fortunate to get some noodle and nibbles. Some people arriving after us complained to the two staff in the breakfast area that “there is no food”. The staff were unapologetic; they defended by saying that “more people are having breakfast today than the number we were given”. And then one of the staff started eating her own breakfast (it was about 9am), something she collected for herself from the breakfast bar, together with the customers. It just shows the lack of training and protocols.

A family of four Guangxi trip for 8 days and four hotels, this trip is the best, you must evaluate it: ancient cultural background, brand new treasure homestay! The location is a must, in the Nanning 3rd Street and 2 Lane Scenic Area, easy to integrate into local life, feel Nanning's history, culture and fireworks~ From the front desk to the patio, from the stairwell to the room, the homestay has a very unique temperament, the design is full of details and ingenuity, and I feel the heart of the manager. It is said that each room is different, tangled for a long time, the last tree room [French bed room], it is not too beautiful! Sloping roof wooden windows, screen terraces, chandelier wooden cabinets... Romance is written in every detail, every angle pokes the heart of the design lover. The rooms are spacious, bright, airy, and well-equipped and new. Everything imagined by looking at the photos when booking, the scene was more than expected. The butler is beautiful and the service is very meticulous and thoughtful. Everything was just right for the night of the trip in Nanning. Thank you for taking care of our needs and expectations from the beginning of the design. This is what a good homestay should look like. Will come again, and recommend it to every tourist to Nanning, everyone who has requirements for romance and good accommodation. ps: The parent-child room next door also saw, two large beds, parent-child sink, and a large bathtub, tree house stairs climbing Trojan horse... with the baby directly rush!

The hotel location is simply superb, near metro station and surrounded by plenty of food and amenities shops. The hotel is brand new, neat and clean. The breakfast was good. Some of the staffs were friendly and helpful. Others not. Perhaps the hotel management should engage professional help to look into this matter and conduct some form of training for the staffs. Equally important, some form of orientation be conducted for all new recruits. Overall the hotel is highly recommended.

Service and supporting facilities are quite good. There are not many merchants that can give five-star praise. The only fly in the ointment is that the shower room is a bit narrow, but it is understandable mainly for the elderly.

Comfortable, nice and clean hotel. Friendly staff. Location is a bit far from (15 minutes with taxi) facilities. But easy to get taxi to go to facilities.

The location is great - near the shopping malls, sanjieliangxiang and the metro. The rooms are pretty worn though it is acceptable given the price point. The first room assigned to me, on the corner of the 6th floor, was very rundown (like 15years of wear and tear - hole in the floor, water marks, rusty pipes, cigarette smell lingering all the time) but the reception kindly changed the room for me. The room I stayed in on the 10th floor was much better (see photo) but when you look closer you can see 5 years of wear and tear. Occasionally there are whiffs of cigarette smell in the room though hotel is officially non-smoking - I suspect through the ventilation system as there’s a mahjong club on the 3rd floor.

The location of the hotel is super good. There is a subway station not far from the door, and it is also very convenient to take a taxi in the city center. The staff arranged it for us very clearly. The three streets and two lanes pavilion pier are delicious and fun. The room is very comfortable to sleep in, and there are free drinks in the mini bar. The high floor has a good view and good lighting. The waiter's attitude is first-class. He will say hello when he sees him. It is very cost-effective! One thing I want to say in particular is that the towels and bath towels in the room are packed in bags, which are clean and hygienic. Thumbs up 👍🏻

Advantages: 1. It is close to the subway entrance, which is convenient for travel; 2. The front desk service is very good, and they try their best to solve all the problems raised; 3. The breakfast is OK, and the variety is quite complete. Disadvantages: 1. There is a night market next to the hotel. When I was sleeping at night, I kept hearing the sound of drinking and guessing numbers, which greatly affected my rest; 2. The facilities in the room are relatively old, the air conditioner and heater cannot be turned on, and the bedside lamp keeps flashing; 3. The room I booked was checked out at 14:00. When I was still resting at 12:30, the room aunt swiped the room card to open my room. I clearly locked it, why can others swipe the card to open it from the outside? Can the safety of customers' accommodation be guaranteed? ? ?
