The room was very clean, and they specially assigned us a non-smoking floor, which was very friendly for two girls. The facilities were complete, and it was convenient to go anywhere. Xiao Mo at the front desk provided very good service. We stayed for two consecutive days but placed orders under different names, and Xiao Mo quickly helped us solve it.

入住體驗好壞參半
1、訂酒店和導航時是格林東方酒店到了變成美豪麗致酒店，剛裝修一個月設備都很新，連電視機上的保護膜都沒有撕下來。裝修的味道更是十分濃厚，第二天已經覺得不太舒服，喜歡吸甲醛的話可忽略。
2、酒店很高，在朝陽廣場附近十分醒目，前台小姐姐服務好，有問必答還幫忙查詢附近好玩的，這必須贊一個。但是連續兩天中午1點多回房間休息時房卡打不開門，要找工作人員開門後，再外出時經過前台補磁才能正常使用，第二次打前台電話沒人聽，再聯繫客服後很久才有個服務員從旁邊的房間出來幫開門，退房前鬧得很不愉快。
3、房間空調開到最低的18度最大風力，晚上睡覺都基本不用蓋被子。
4、整個建築物23層但衹有一個電梯，旁邊的電梯是停止使用的但兩天都沒見人維修，且電梯內還沒有裝空調十分燜熱。
本人因為很懶很少寫評論，但這次回家後還是覺得要盡一下責任保護消費者的知情權，而且外出遊玩本是開心的事，為了一些小事影響旅遊心情，也太不值得了！
