When we got to the hotel, the front desk said the elevator was broken and we needed to climb to the 5th floor. I said it was too high and I didn't want to climb. Is there a 2nd or 3rd floor? The front desk said no! We said we wanted to check out, and the front desk agreed and said we could do it online, but today I found out that he didn't even give me a refund!!!
