酒店地理位置很好，前台米妮服務態度很好 下午茶很豐富2設施設備完善，房間衞生很乾凈，打車到東站僅需十分鐘的路程，酒店還免費停車、設有免費的洗衣房和健身房，非常的方便，辦理入住 退房開發票都很迅速 前台還備有十二種生活用品，非常個性化，酒店工作人員服務很好很熱情。樓層電梯口有免費的礦泉水可以免費拿，夜景也很好看～

作為一個常年出差的商務人士，住過不少的酒店，但是美豪麗致酒店最讓我印象深刻，甚至有一種回家的感覺，這次來南寧出差，也是選的美豪麗致酒店，入住的當天下午就接到了管家小羊的電話，詢問我大概幾點到酒店，對樓層啊朝向啊有煙房無煙房這些有什麼要求提前幫我安排好房間，還添加了我的微信發了酒店的定位給我，説有什麼需求隨時聯繫他。到酒店後一進門考拉就主動上前幫我拉行李了，我説不用我自己來就行，她還是很熱情的幫我把行李拉到了前台，然後還給我拿了濕巾以及廣西這邊的特色茶飲羅漢果金銀花茶清熱下火的，當時瞬間緩解了我一路長途奔波的疲憊，前台辦理入住的速度很快一下子就辦好了，房卡給我後考拉又幫我拉行李送我進到電梯，一邊引我走一邊告訴我早餐的用餐時間和地點，還有24小時的健身房和洗衣房，詢問我是否過來出差的，酒店大堂還有一個辦公區域有電腦和打印機的設備，這對我們商務出差有時候需要打印文件時很實用，住美豪感覺跟家裡一樣什麼都有，很方便，最讓我感動的是那天晚上我還在陪客户應酬，突然收到管家小羊發來的微信跟我説水果已經給我送到房間了，晚上還有熱牛奶有需要的話聯繫他就可以了，我就回了一句我還在應酬，可能要到12點左右才回去，當晚回到房間，由於晚上喝的酒有點多，感覺有點暈暈的，剛想躺床上，然後看到床頭櫃上放了一杯蜂蜜水，還有一張小羊給我的留言，得知我今晚在應酬，特為我準備了蜂蜜水緩解不適，瞬間覺得很温暖，我衹是這家酒店眾多客人中的普通一位，可工作人員卻如此細心，關注到我飲酒的狀態，還貼心地準備了緩解不適的蜂蜜水和充滿暖意的賀卡，這小小的舉動，讓身處異鄉、因工作奔波的我，感受到了家一般的温暖，這種超出預期的服務讓我覺得美豪麗致不是一家酒店，更是旅途中的家，以後來南寧出差我一定還會選擇這裏。
