非常老破小的酒店，我不懂197的價格怎麼敢要，5.0的評分哪裡來的！頂多也就是幾十塊的老旅店的水準，走廊一股不知道的異味，房間老破小，衞生間到處黴，床單、被子、浴巾毛巾黑，移開牀頭櫃還有蟑螂悠哉悠哉。也不能免費停車。絕對絕對不會住第二次！！！各位，慎重！慎重！慎重！

酒店就在大學東路的街道邊，距離廣西大學步行約900米，廣西大學地鐵站D口出來朝前直走210米，就可以了。菜市場相距五六十米，卻沒有影響酒店的安靜。店老闆是兄弟倆，倆大帥叔，人都不錯。房間格局合理，周正。衞生間採用蹲坑，簡潔。不過可能有人不喜歡這種衞生間。這可能是一個弱點。衞生紙，獨立包裝好的一小卷，不知道會不會不夠用。也可能是弱點。房間內有免費飲用水，兩瓶。衣架很多。遇上雨天，空調不能使用制熱功能，還在門窗緊閉，進行空調除濕，室温不高，需要調高空調温度，否則會凍着吧。出差、考學、短時間的住宿，是屬於平價的。不過，週末房價會有上浮的。這一方面與杭州的酒店是一樣的。
入住，安靜，也安全，電梯上樓。
附近購物吃飯方面。地鐵站下面是面對青年人開設的購物街，各種各樣的店。地鐵站M口旁的農院路，就是廣西大學旁的夜市街，火爆。有火鍋店，大學生們選擇北面的店——低價、需等位，成人顧客選擇南面的店——中等價格、隨到隨吃。
交通方便，地鐵1號線直達南寧站（3站）、南寧東站（34分鐘）。

Both the room and the toilet are very clean, and it's nice to have the option of squatting in the toilet. I stayed for two nights for the postgraduate entrance examination, and it's not far from Western University. At night, someone always goes to the wrong room and uses a card to swipe the door of my room. The price is very affordable, and it is very cheap to book a hotel in advance before registering.
