我通過AI總結選的房，不知AI是怎麼評判的；房間逼窄，衞生尚可，周邊繁華出行方便，設施簡陋之極，衞生間沒有通風窗也沒有通風設備，更奇葩的是水池的下水管直接通在蹲坑旁，上面洗手腳下濕。

很適合大學生生活費比較少的，開兩間房，兩個女生一間，男生一間，兩間四晚才527.4超實惠，雖然有點偏但是好在安靜，睡眠不好的可以考慮一下，老闆人還很好，考慮女孩子的房間，與男孩子房間需要近些，直接安排在旁邊，我們有求必應，該有的設施都有了，就是401的花灑架子鬆了，今早比較急忘説
