Excellent Service – So Impressed I Came Back Again! I stayed here last year and was very impressed, so I decided to come back again this year. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. Even though I’m a foreigner, we were able to communicate easily using a translation app. The room was very clean, and most importantly, there was absolutely no smell of cigarettes, which I really appreciated. When I booked, I mistakenly thought there was only one room type like last time, so I accidentally booked a smaller room. But the staff were so kind — they upgraded me for free to the same room type I stayed in last year, even though it was entirely my own mistake. I’m very impressed with the level of service and care here. Highly recommended and I’ll definitely return again!
