住了兩天 ，酒店的地理位置非常便利 周圍有很多好吃和好玩的 ，入住前台小凌還贈送了一張酒店茶餐廳代金券， 餐廳還是24小時營業的 ，不管多晚入住都能吃上熱乎的東西，東西都挺好吃的。主要是酒店距離高鐵站也就10來分鐘，這對經常出差坐高鐵的人來説非常方便！推薦👍👍👍

整體體驗滿意，服務態度很好有禮貌，樓層服務業及時，早餐品種豐富有廣西特色桂林米粉，螺螄粉自己調配料，房間視野開闊朝向不是馬路邊還算安靜，退房前台小方熱情周到送了一個小公仔，下次還會回來。

酒店的服務人員都很友好和專業，辦理入住和退房都非常順利，前台工作人員小凌還熱情地為我們介紹了周邊的景點和美食推薦！酒店的健身房和游泳池都非常乾淨，設備齊全。早餐的選擇也非常豐富，食材新鮮，味道很好，酒店服務細節很到位，一進入酒店大堂，行李員就主動幫忙拉行李 ，並很熱情的奉上涼茶，瞬間感覺賓至如歸！每天回到房間，都能看到房間被整理得乾乾淨淨，毛巾都被疊成了可愛的小形狀！這種細節之處真讓人感到暖心🥰

秋錦服務很好，熱情大方，給我推薦了附近幾個夜市，琅西夜市吃的東西很多，南寧不愧是不夜城，晚上人很多很熱鬧，大堂吧很靜謐，坐着喝茶很舒服，小秋幫我安排的房間景觀很好，還買了一盒月餅，九仁叉燒好吃，不愧是老品牌的月餅

房間挺好的，視野開闊可以看到城市主幹道很漂亮，住酒店可以免費停車，真的很方便，靠近會展中心方便，酒店服務一如既往的好，前台小方很專業，辦理手續快速。訂的套餐有免費接送演唱會，因出差沒看演唱會，下次有機會來看演唱會當選這裏體驗接送演唱會服務，預訂了還有客服電話詢問是否需要接送演唱會，當是很貼心，入住小方還介紹了房間和酒店的免費服務（泳池和健身房還有房間的保險箱）很細心，推薦

酒店地址位置很好，距離地鐵一號線也就步行5分鐘。工作人員很有禮貌，前台tracy 服務好，見我們帶了小朋友入住，主動給我們配備小童用品，還贈送了小朋友卡皮巴拉，非常滿意
