其他不説，就説現在酒店哪還有退房查丟沒丟東西的？都是扔了房卡就直接走人了。這次退了房已經開車在路上，接到酒店電話，問看沒看見蚊香液器具？我真是服了，這玩意首先我沒看到，二個我還能拿你一個用過的點蚊香的玩意？就算丟了酒店不能自己消化處理？莫非是金子的？

1. 酒店裝修很多年了，設施舊老。
2. 酒店價位高的離譜，這個價位跟上海南京路步行街地段差不多了。
3. 家庭出遊有小孩，已經註明需要禁煙房，禁煙層，但是實際上沒有，房間及樓層都是煙味。剛辦理入住發現問題協商退房也不行。
4. 酒店裡的飯店上菜特別慢。
