到南寧旅遊，住在南寧飯店，住得超滿意，前台小姐姐的笑容像陽光一樣暖人，無論是諮詢路線還是安排行程，都很耐心，一個眼神就能get到需求，那份細緻入微的體貼，瞬間讓人卸下了奔波的疲憊。早餐也很豐富，本地特色的老友粉酸辣夠味，桂花糕帶着清甜的香氣，每一口都是對味蕾的温柔款待。短短一晚，卻像給旅途按下了温柔的暫停鍵，下次來南寧，一定還要再住這裏呀～

南寧老牌的酒店了，前身還是孔廟，五十年代就建成了酒店。位置絕對的市中心，出門都是商業廣場，吃啥買啥都方便。酒店停車位充足，有保安負責安排車位，除了地面車位甚至有酒店自己的立體車庫。雖然酒店歷史悠久，但是房間設施都是新翻修的，連馬桶都是智能的。床品乾淨舒適，布草都是有紙質包裝的。由於酒店規模大，服務員人數也多，服務水平比較高。早餐在獨立的一棟樓裏，菜品很豐富，味道非常好。總結下來這價位，這地段，這服務，這設施，性價比滿分。

酒店環境和房間都還不錯，地理位置也好，特別是酒店洗浴用品的包裝都是單個包裝，非常好。不足的是按正常情況去酒店下午兩點就可以辦理入住。但是我五點到達，前台告訴我房間正在打掃，要等半小時，結果我等了一個半小時，直到六點半都沒人通知我，沒辦法又去找了前台，才告訴我已經打掃好了，不過他們也不清楚，所以一直沒有給我拿房卡。我不清楚這是他們工作流程出現了問題，還是故意這樣。因為前期讓攜程客服給我找酒店協調了贈送早餐，也許這事讓他們不太滿意。不過作為一個旅客，到達酒店的第一願望就是先住下來好好休息，像這種不管是流程問題還是前台對我有其他意見，我覺得都是一種極端不負責任的表現。特別是他們還屬於廣旅下屬的國有單位，也多次接待過國家領導人的酒店，不應該衹是這種格局！！
