環境很好，房間乾淨整潔，服務態度非常好！很好停車，建議大家從北門進入，去9號樓辦理入住也方便，南門路口進輔路容易開過了。

帶着寶寶入住五象山莊~春節期間被安排到雙陽台房型，特別開心！推開門，站在陽台上便能看見五象公園的高塔與湖面，陽台的四周被綠樹和花包圍着，紫燈籠、木棉花爭相綻放。每天早晨，小鳥嘰嘰喳喳地爭相採蜜，花間飛舞，一羣又一羣。它們離我們這麼近，彷彿我們住在樹屋裡。
酒店的工作人員親切熱情，打掃客房的阿姨每次見到寶寶都笑着打招呼。對了，中餐廳的小炒皇很好吃哦~
提一點小建議：酒店可以考慮對有小朋友的住客每天提供晚安牛奶，費用不高，但會更佳加分。

訂五象山莊，原來看了點評後，心存小顧慮，但從入住到退房，共三天，體驗到酒店的熱情服務，從前廳部到客房部每一位的服務都十分熱情細緻，酒店內的室內泳池整體乾淨，環境也很不凈，健身房設施齊全，餐廳早餐豐富，用餐環境不錯，希望餐廳在服務上能更細緻一些，總體來説，對酒店評分滿分，下次有機會再相逢！
