特別驚喜的一次出行，在來之前我還比較慌，因為攜程評價裏的圖片都比較一般般，結果給了我一個大驚喜，環境好，服務好，每個人都很熱情，擺渡車隨叫隨到，酒店早餐廳美到驚人。房間也大，兩個寬敞陽台，還有免費的游泳池，遊樂場。哈哈，小朋友可以不出酒店開心玩一天。必須給個大大的好評！！！

入住五象山莊實在是太滿意了，非常適合家庭度假，山莊很大，有很多動物，小朋友很喜歡小山羊。房間也很寬敞，視野很好，乾淨整潔。從入住前賓客經理小楊就一直聯繫我們，給我們介紹周邊的景點，很熱情周到。山莊設備很齊全，可以住上好幾天，好好逛逛。推薦。

可以説整個酒店的設施都非常的老舊，宣傳的那些特色根本和實際不符，恆温泳池不是恆温的，健身房連空調都不開，房間空調開了幾天更是從來沒有低於24度過，洗手間的排風扇也是壞的，最重要的是這個酒店沒有自助洗衣，在攜程上面玩文字遊戲，我放了其他酒店和這家的對比，就是靠收取天價洗衣服務賺錢。晚安牛奶和曲奇也是敷衍的不得了，桌球室也要收50/h，説真的宣傳和實際兩模兩樣。本來是想找個環境好的地方休息幾天，結果過來是添堵的。工作人員態度倒是挺好，但是不解決問題🙂，領導更是****，開不起酒店就別開好嗎。根本配不上五星級酒店，重來沒有住過一個酒店是這樣的，建議去住便宜點的酒店，體驗比這家好多了，順帶一提我訂的也不是最便宜的房間，七百多一晚也是這個鬼樣子

這次即是公出又是藉機會放鬆，選了這家酒店山清水秀，心曠神怡，不僅環境優美，乾淨，且服務態度沒得説。感動到是晾在陽台內衣褲被雨淋，我們出去辦事，恰好被打掃房間的服務員看到，幫我們洗乾淨，晾乾，感動至極。有種家的感覺！！入住體驗特別好！
