酒店很好，大堂很大氣，房間乾淨衞生無異味，酒店環境優美，交通出行方便，酒店有萌寵樂園，孩子很喜歡，正值三月三假期，有篝火晚會和拋綉球等活動，非常有趣。莉姍經理人很好，我帶着孩子，行李很多，幫我把行李送到房間。十分推薦！

住過很多次了，也算是老顧客了因為喝了酒太晚沒有送朋友過去入住，在網上定了不知道是老顧客吧，結果差勁的不成樣，在武鳴這家酒店也算是高消費了，服務態度、衞生、環境真的差勁！朋友進到房第一時間看到了床上用品像是被人躺睡過了痕跡，馬桶上也有尿跡，而且沒有熱水洗澡至到第二天都沒有打前台電話無人接聽。朋友一晚上都沒能洗漱好睡好覺，第二天睡醒看到朋友拍的照片發來的訊息，聯繫了酒店前台説是會將問題反饋給酒店經理來給答覆。是的，你們經理來回復！這個經理職位怎麼上任的我是有點疑惑了？！3.16號上午將近12點説核實，中午時間斷你們作為服務人員更應該須知這個時間點是個人可能都會在午休，竟然打電話來？我在午休靜音沒接聽也就沒有了下文核實情況！讓客人主動主動反問！到第二天也還是讓客人主動反問解決方案！微信電話裏説好的能提供衞生阿姨打掃完房間值班人員又複查3分鐘的視頻，結果也一直沒下文！直到後續説不能發來，讓顧客親自跑一趟去酒店才能看？你們的時間是金錢是值得的，我們顧客的時間就不是時間是吧？就這處理方式真的是讓我大跌眼鏡！沒有壞評的習慣但這一次真的忍不了了！將近三百多塊的房費去武鳴哪家酒店都好過你們家！如圖有證大家自己慎重入住！
