22號住了兩天，説實話這個價位這個服務一點也不匹配，第一晚去辦入住，我訂的是180度景觀房，到酒店我問是否是頭尾房，前台説是的，這個房型衹有尾房，我説那我想換中間的，前台同意了，後來我説先上去看一下房間吧，到房間打開門味道好濃，而且房間超級小，我到前台説想換一間，前台也同意了，我看了一下網上，浴缸房跟我所定房間相差不到10塊，就問是否升級到這個房型（住那麼多酒店都是可以的）前台説不行，那我就想問，不能升級能換房，是要換到比原定房間更底的嗎？後來我也取消了重新訂，第二天續住叫做衞生，直接把我充電器搞不見了。打電話問前台，前台叫我們在房間找，可是我們整個房間都找了沒找到，退房的時候叫前台幫問一下搞，衞生的阿姨。前台問都不問就説不知道，到現在也沒見回覆，可見服務態度不是一般的差。做了六年酒店的我，看到這服務態度，真的是無，語了，

浴室門把手，關起來把手就陷進去，搞得朋友手流血，這門卡不住有點問題，淋雨掛衣掛毛巾是不可能的，淋濕了，這設計有點問題
