前台穿灰色工作服個子稍高的那個工作人員服務態度非常惡劣，我是連住的客户，下午兩點半了都沒有打掃衞生，連垃圾都沒有倒掉，礦泉水也沒有增加，我生氣説要給她們差評，結果那個工作人員不但沒有過多解釋，還非常不屑的説你給差評就給差評吧！一副無所謂的態度，既然你那麼想得到一個差評，那就給你一個吧！她這種工作態度的人還在前台幹事，影響整個酒店的服務質量，酒店的負責人應該加強管理一下前台的服務質量，不要讓個別人的言行影響到你們酒店的整體形象。
