房間空調是壞的，半夜開不出冷氣，叫了服務員來修也沒修好，好了一會半夜又壞了，直接給熱醒一身大汗，留下來特別不好的入住體驗！

前台服務可以，房間整體衞生不錯，剛進房的時候發現地上有完整的吃過的檳榔渣，住了一天以後電視遙控用不了，前台喊客房來客房喊工程來，等了二十多分鐘搞了一下好了馬上又用不了了，淋浴的門關不緊，洗澡會漏水出去，入住四天最後兩天要打電話給前台説沒人搞衞生才會有人來，地板也搞不乾淨，最最最最最最離譜的是馬桶後會有莫名其妙的液體堆積，噁心的人都快吐了，一股尿騷味，擦乾了以後第二天又會有，是這幾年來入住體驗最差的一次
