Excellent
TtankharrisThis is obviously a very nice hotel and I would recommend and would stay here again. Luxury is very obvious all over this hotel, and it is frankly very cheap for what it is.
The moment we came in, bellhops insisted to carry our bags up to the 80th floor lobby. They were always opening doors for us and very helpful with our bags, 24/7. Once we arrived, we were welcomed in and sat down at an individual desk for check in. There, we were served some excellent tea.
The hotel purser came over and welcomed us in. My girlfriend is Chinese and spoke to the staff in Chinese, but the purser switched up to English to welcome me to the hotel, which is a nice detail. Most Chinese hotel staff consistently avoid putting in the effort to speak English to me.
The hard product is amazing and is matched well with great service. Staff were always attentive and welcoming in both Chinese and English, always saying hello and checking in.
The cons:
This hotel, just like most Marriott hotels, is trying to nickel and dime you, which doesn’t make a lot of sense at this price point. In some ways it isn’t, such as an included mini-bar (all non-alcoholic), but for example it doesn’t have a laundry service, while basically any 3-5 star hotel in China would have included laundry. Also, there is a car transfer service, but it’s so absurdly priced for no particular reason. 400 rmb+ for basic transfers where as a Didi would be 10 rmb. Similar luxury properties such as the Ritz-Carlton has these amenities included.
The restaurants were nice. We only tried Na Lian, which despite being an in-house guest and being told that they could get reservations for us, we basically were treated like walk-in’s despite being told we had reservations (and we were unable to get a window seat). The bar was also nice and we enjoyed it, the staff were very attentive and helpful. The bar manager waited for us to arrive, but the bar consistently had spend limits for any table or reservation, which additionally just seemed silly, considering we were already staying in a booked deluxe room. The drinks and lamb were very good. The menu was a little outdated, and illustrated wine by the glass, but we were then told that the menu is wrong and they don’t do that.
Also, there was strangely a lack of extra towels and bins in the room. I found myself walking into the bathroom many times to throw away trash.
This is a good hotel and I plan to be back again, but it can definitely improve. Too much nickel and diming. Good service and good products inspire people to come back, which is worth much more than selling one bottle of shampoo and pushing a customer to never return again.

Service: The host was incredibly warm and helpful, and check-in was super smooth.
Cleanliness: The bathroom was spotless, the mattress was clean, and the floors were so pristine you could comfortably walk barefoot.
Facilities: The smart home system made everything incredibly convenient. It was well-equipped with kitchen utensils and even seasonings, plus a washing machine with laundry detergent.
Compared to a hotel, I much prefer this guesthouse; it's perfect for family trips. Its location is fantastic – Sanjie Liangxiang and the riverside are just downstairs, making dining and shopping incredibly easy.

QQinsongchunI absolutely have to give a shout-out to this hotel! 📞 The location is great and super convenient. The moment you walk in, you're greeted by a lovely fragrance that's so calming. The whole place is bright and airy 💡, and even the outlets have USB ports – a dream for anyone who loves attention to detail! 🔌 The bath towels in the bathroom are as thick as clouds ☁️, and the shampoo actually smells like Hermès! 🧴 Food delivery is brought right to your room by a robot, which is a lifesaver for introverts! 🤖 And if you get hungry late at night, you can order supper from the hotel; the hot beef congee was so comforting and warmed me to the core. 💖

First off, the location is superb. Situated on Minzu Avenue, this apartment is not only convenient but also offers easy access to many of the city’s main attractions and amenities. Whether you’re looking to explore local restaurants, hit up shopping districts, or simply enjoy a leisurely stroll around the area, you’ll find it all within close proximity. The convenience alone made my stay incredibly easy and stress-free.
Upon entering the apartment, I was immediately impressed by how clean and well-maintained everything was. The hosts clearly take pride in ensuring the space is spotless and inviting. The decor is modern yet warm, with touches of local flair that give it a unique charm. The furniture is both stylish and comfortable, making it easy to relax after a day of exploring. My room was spacious and equipped with all the essentials I needed for a comfortable stay, including a very comfortable bed, which ensured I had restful sleep every night.
One of the highlights was the attention to detail in the amenities provided. From high-speed Wi-Fi and a well-equipped kitchen to thoughtful touches like bottled water, toiletries, and even some local snacks, it was evident that the hosts went out of their way to make guests feel at home. DDavidWe decided to stay on few more days as we enjoyed our stay here. One thing , though, is that the breakfast has to be more varied and creative as, after staying 4 days, we were so afraid of eating the same old breakfast day after day. The night supper provided is simple yet good enough. Self service laundry is great and the tv is especially large and room is relatively large. Overall we give thumbs up for this hotel.

XXuelifangfeiI forgot to take pictures of the room. The location is very good, very close to Qingxiu Mountain. I made an appoin**ent with friends to stay in Qingxiu Mountain. The air is good and the scenery is beautiful. Next time I come to Nanning, I will choose to stay at Sunshine International. It's convenient!

GGuest UserThe front desk staff were incredibly friendly and enthusiastic. I was particularly impressed by the young man and woman at the front desk yesterday; they were so charming and pleasant. If I needed anything, they said I just had to ask, and it would be sent right up to my room. I also really enjoyed the breakfast. My favorite was the coffee, and the *youtiao* (Chinese fried dough sticks) were exceptionally delicious, cut into small, bite-sized pieces, making them very easy to eat. The location was also very convenient. It truly felt like a home away from home!

GGuest UserThis hotel is right next to the airport, making it perfect for catching an early morning flight. It's just a short walk (about a hundred meters away), and you can even enjoy the sunrise. The room was very clean and well-equipped. However, the twin room, which cost over 380, felt a bit small. It did feel a bit expensive when not using loyalty points.

WWan SuwanThe location of the apartment is great, plenty of restaurants, 24hrs convenient stores around the building, short walking distance to Mira Mall & Sheng's Tiandi where you can find good supermarket & lots of nice restaurants & good food places. MixC Mall, Hang Yang City & Convention & Exhibition Center are in short distance taking taxi is ~CNY10-15 & convenient, as taxi stand is just right in front of the walk way to the building.
The apartment building & the unit itself are old and don't have enough maintenance, they offer the kitchen but if staying less than a month, it's almost useless as they don't provide any of the kitchenware at all, except the electric kettle, not even the proper glasses nor utensils, only 2 daily paper cups in the bathroom.
Room facilities & many little things in the unit are all run down & don't have proper maintenance like door knobs, handles, shower, kitchen taps, table, etc, cleanliness is not good enough, however, the bed sheets & bedding stuff are clean enough with no smell. They offer the daily cleaning, but just floor clean, no change of anything, no drinking water provided. The amenities are very basic & few, most are disposable, better bring your own, anyhow, some requests are well responsive like we request to change the kettle, cause it is out of order, 1 additional chair as they provide only 1 chair in the unit & laundry detergent.
In overall, if you don't mind and can bare those run down facilities with not good enough maintenance, it is a value for money to stay in such location in good neighborhood.

GGuest UserI absolutely loved the two front desk ladies and the customer service manager. They were so pretty, lovely, warm, and steady. Thumbs up! Traveling with our three children, we had a very comfortable stay. The room was clean and hygienic, and transportation and takeout were very convenient. It's only a ten-minute walk from Langxi Night Market, which is very close. Breakfast and laundry service were also very thoughtful. I'll definitely choose Yuanzi again next time. Thanks again to all the beautiful ladies. I'm grateful to have met them!
