I like the layout and style from the lobby to the room, which is consistent with the hotel concept, with Chinese style elements, which makes people feel peaceful; in the room, you can hear the bells in the temple next to it. I saw the introduction in the room that you can also make an appointment for Chinese medicine diagnosis and calligraphy copying👍 Cha Yan is just opposite the hotel, so it's convenient for drinking and eating. There's also a massage shop based on the concept of traditional Chinese medicine in the shopping mall opposite, so it's very comfortable to relax and have some moxibustion. There are some shortcomings. The sound insulation is not very good. I can hear people coming in and out at least seven or eight times in one night. I don't know why it is so noisy in the middle of the night. . Another suggestion is that although it is a courtyard view room, the trees are actually bare in winter, which is not a good feeling. It would be better if the hotel's theme of five-season planting could be followed to maintain different landscapes in five seasons, so that we can see living plants in winter.

Overall, I am very satisfied with Nanjing New Jingli Hotel. It is not far from various attractions and business circles. It has European style and good hygiene. The hotel buffet has a rich variety of dishes. There is also the Black Pearl Restaurant, Nanjing Fine Cuisine, on the second floor. When you book a hotel room package, you will receive an executive lounge package from 9pm to 11pm. It is quite pleasant to sit on the rooftop terrace and taste specially made cocktails.

Holiday Inn has the best location! I stayed in for a night and went to sleep super early, around 8. The night street market is in the vicinity, which is great if you're either a solo traveler or a foreigner who's unfamiliar speaking Chinese. Plus, the hotel was clean and quiet! Oh, I almost forgot to tell you! On the first floor of the connected building, there's a coffee shop called Lurkin' Coffee. You can get iced coffee there and start your morning with. Less than 5 mins to nanjing railway station. Via taxi.

I had a wonderful experience at this hotel. The room was spacious and very clean, with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The location was perfect, close to everything I wanted to see. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to others.

The hotel is in a great location, short walk to train station. Room is dated but still clean and comfortable. Noted that they have started doing renovation on certain floors The room facilities & toiletries are good, especially the powerful Laifen hairdryer😍 which is lacking in other hotels. Free minibar too!😍 Front desk staff are warm & helpful. Special thanks to Tan Liang who helped to us with Didi Taxi booking and asked the doorman to tell the driver to drop us at the specific entrance at the Railway Station.

We arrived at the hotel earlier than the check-in time and were pleasantly surprised with a free upgrade—many thanks to the assistant manager! The reception provided hot tea and small travel essentials like hand cream, makeup remover, and plasters. The room was spacious and well-appointed, with smart room control and toilet. Breakfast was excellent, served on the 28th floor with stunning views. However, there were two downsides. First, the hotel rooms are on the 26th-28th floors, and the small lift can be slow and crowded. Second, the air conditioning is controlled by the building management and turns off every 10-15 minutes (not sure if everyone is facing the same issue or just me), requiring manual reactivation. I even found myself sweating during the night :( Overall, it was a great stay!

The hotel is very conveniently located—less than 5-minutes walk from the metro station. The breakfast selection was good with a decent variety. The room is spacious and equipped with smart controls for lighting and air conditioning. There is hairpin, hair tie, plaster, mouth wash and lotion available at the reception counter. However, need to be cautious while utilising the lift as the building is currently undergoing construction and construction materials are being transported using the same elevator as guests.

The hotel boasts a superb location, being incredibly close to Xinjiekou subway station, which made getting around exceptionally convenient. Breakfast offered a delicious and varied spread, great value for money, with enough choices to try something new daily. The staff’s warm and attentive service truly made us feel at home. Every single staff member, from the front desk to the housekeeping team, was genuinely friendly, proactive, and always had a smile. We received thoughtful greetings upon check-in, and they even helped us with our luggage during check-out. This level of detail and genuine care made us feel incredibly welcome and valued. Overall, our experience was extremely satisfying, and we will absolutely choose this hotel again on our next visit!

Nanjing Ritz is worthy of the ceiling of the mainland Ritz, with the top city view of Nanjing, overlooking Xinjiekou and Xuanwu Lake, which is breathtaking. The indoor hotel public area is extremely luxurious, and the interior design and decoration of the room are also very exquisite. The mini bar can be opened as a small wine cabinet and is equipped with the drinking method of each wine. The hotel swimming pool is not big but has a sense of vacation. The steam room can enjoy the outdoor scenery. It is quite good. This time I stayed in the executive lounge. Although the five meals are simple meals, they are of high quality. If you haven't tried afternoon tea, I highly recommend it. The breakfast environment is unique, but the variety provided is limited. Chinese and Western food are not deeply cultivated. It can be used as a simple meal in the morning. Compared with the hardware, what surprised me most was its service. The appearance of the hotel is always beyond the mountain, and there is no need to pursue it too much, but service is the soul of a hotel. The service of Nanjing Ritz-Carlton is indeed meticulous. I never thought that my girlfriend's casual question about whether there is ice cream in the lounge, the service staff remembered it in their hearts, and soon got ice cream and sent it directly to the room. Since I needed to have lunch in the executive lounge, I explained to the front desk the difficulty of checking out at 12 o'clock, and the front desk also carefully delayed our check-out to 2 o'clock in the afternoon.

The room is large, the TV is also super large, and the bed is very comfortable. Downstairs is a paradise for foodies, with shopping malls all around. Across the street are Golden Eagle, Deji, and Jinling Central. My girlfriend and I spent the afternoon shopping in various malls. The underground floor is fully connected, so transportation is very convenient.
