Booked this hotel to participate in a cross-country race. The facilities, hygiene, and environment are all very good. The service is also very good. The wind was very strong that night. Because I booked it more than two months in advance, the front desk reserved a large room on the side for me. I am a light sleeper, so the front desk immediately changed me to a room slightly in the middle. They said it was slightly smaller than my original room, but the two-meter big bed was enough.

The hotel's facilities, sanitation, and service are excellent, and the location is particularly good. The observation deck upstairs is directly connected to the subway line 1, so we didn't have to use the train for our two nights. The person who impressed me most was the front desk lady, Li, who promptly helped us resolve any difficulties we encountered. I'd like to take this opportunity to thank Li and the boss for training such excellent employees. I'll be back again if I have the chance.
