The hotel is located near Gulou Square, with good geographical location and convenient transportation. It is close to Zifeng Tower, Shiziqiao Food Street and Wuyue Plaza, which can meet various food needs. Xuanwu Lake Park is also not far away. The only problem is that it is not easy to find. You have to come in from the alley leading to the north campus of Gulou Hospital and have the same front desk as GreenTree Inn. The hotel is newly renovated, and its style is similar to that of a certain season. I booked a 1.5-meter king-size bed room, and the front desk lady helped me upgrade it to a 1.8-meter king-size bed room for free. The room is generally comfortable, of a suitable size, and the bed is also comfortable. The only drawback is that the bathroom door opens right in front of the toilet, which is a bit cramped. The glass door of the shower room does not block water very well, so there is water all over the floor after taking a shower. There is also no marking on the switch panel to control anything, so turning on and off the lights is like opening a blind box every time. Overall, I am quite satisfied!

I was extremely satisfied with my stay this time. The hotel's proximity to a subway station made getting around incredibly convenient. Being newly renovated, the hotel was impeccably clean. The smart controls throughout the room were intuitive and easy to operate, making adjusting the lighting and curtains a breeze. The layout was well-designed; the sleeping and sofa areas were effectively separated from the living space, giving it the feel of a mini-suite. Thoughtful details were evident everywhere, such as the retractable clothesline, which conveniently solved any drying needs. Truly considerate! The room facilities were new and practical, even boasting a Dyson hairdryer. The charming room decor added a lovely, cozy touch. The air conditioning worked perfectly, providing instant comfort upon entering the room, even on a scorching hot day. The expansive view from the window offered a pleasant panorama. MM44048****I came to Nanjing for a trip, and I'd like to share my honest experience. Here are the pros of this hotel:
1. **Close to the Subway:** It's about an 8-10 minute walk to the subway station without having to cross any roads. The Xinjiekou station is conveniently located near all the major attractions.
2. **Shopping Galore:** There are tons of shopping malls nearby, including Deji, Golden Eagle, Xinpai, Central, Jinlun, and Friendship, offering luxury brands and a wide variety of dining options.
3. **Standalone Building & Security:** The hotel is a separate building. You need a key card to access the elevators, so there are no unauthorized people roaming around. The elevators are fast, and the delivery robot quickly brings takeout to your room, which is super convenient.
4. **Excellent Service & Perks:** The hotel has great reviews, and they even accept package deliveries. Before my trip, I had 15 packages sent to the hotel, and the front desk accepted all of them. Later, I realized two were missing, and the robot delivered them. One package never arrived, and the front desk helped me refuse it and sent it back. Upon check-in, I received a welcome chocolate, and at check-out, I got some fruit. You can also get stamps in the lobby.
5. **Clean Room & Amenities:** The room's cleanliness was pretty good. There was some renovation happening nearby, but the noise wasn't loud, and it was generally quiet. It seemed like there were only about ten rooms per floor. The air conditioning was very cool (I had originally booked another hotel, but canceled due to renovations and elevator issues). Hot water was instant. There's a laundry room on the 2nd floor; you just drop off your dirty clothes, indicate if they can be mixed, and they'll wash, dry, and deliver them to your room.
6. **Great Front Desk Staff:** The front desk staff were diligent, patient, polite, and enthusiastic. They provided excellent emotional value.
**Cons:** The room was a bit small, smaller than I had anticipated.

XXavierasyI booked a suite for 2 nights at the Courtyard by Marriott the night before I came from Xi'an because I wanted to visit Niushoushan, Jinling Xiaocheng, and other tourist spots nearby.
The location of the Courtyard is actually not bad; it's right beside the Hedingqiao metro station, and many food booths and convenience stores are just downstairs. You can buy takeaway at any time. The reception staff is nice and helpful and can speak very good English, no doubt.
The worst was the concierge. One of the concierge staff has been playing on his cellphone every single moment. I took Didi or the metro at least 4 or 5 times every day. Every time I pass through the entrance, he is playing on his phone.
The most frustrating part was when I ordered takeaway through the app. The delivery man said he placed it on the concierge cart right next to that guy, but someone took my package, and he didn't notice. YEAH, How could he possibly know if he was preoccupied with his phone ?!

GGuest UserI booked Hanyuan because it is within walking distance to my folks home. And my grandma used to work at Nanjing Agricultural University, which the hotel is affiliated with. I read others’ reviews and knew it is an old facility. I did not have unrealistic expectations.
We arrived late at night. Taxi driver dropped us off at the side entrance that has numerous stairs to the door. We had lots of luggage. As we got out of the cab, we saw some staff member in the lobby looking out. Instead of coming out to help us, he walked away. My husband, myself and our seven year old all carried/dragged multiple items up the stairs to get into the hotel lobby.
We checked in and decided that we would need to add a bed for the kid. House keeping came quickly to set up the bed but was reluctant to provide pillows for the additional bed. I had to repeatedly ask before they agreed to bring an extra pillow. Don’t understand why there is such resistance to equip the additional bed with pillow- after all, we did pay for the additional bed.
Everything else was pretty good during our first three-day-stay. We then went away to visit families elsewhere for a week before coming back to this hotel.
This time, our car drove onto the ramp at the front entrance. As soon as we entered the building, lobby manager came to offer us help. He helped us deliver luggage to our room. We are very appreciative of his assistance.
We ran into some issues at the front desk this time. They asked for our passports again and took our pictures for a second time. When I mentioned that we were just here a week ago and all information was taken already, we were told that all information has been erased as we checked out. When we checked in/out the first time, we informed front desk that we were making the hotel our base camp and will be coming in and out a few times. It’s strange that they would delete our information and redo everything all over again.
Again we need to add a bed. House keeping brought a roller bed which has a stained mattress pad. I asked them to bring a clean one, they said they could not. They said they didn’t have any clean pads. They said the only option is to remove the pad and put the sheets directly on the mattress. They further suggested that since the sheet is clean, dirty pad doesn’t matter and that every mattress pad under bed sheets has urine stains. His words made my stomach turn but I was too tired to fight so they went ahead put sheets on top of the mattress pad that has a big yellow stain. Again I asked for pillows for the additional bed, they refused at first, upon my insistence, they agreed to bring pillows. They also took out a blanket from the cabinets under television and put it on the bed.
When the seven year old was ready for bed, I opened the blanket and realized it’s cover is dirty. It’s dusty and has multiple stings of hair on it. I called house keeping, a lady quickly bought over a clean duvet cover for the blanket but refused to take away the dirty one. She insisted that we keep the dirty duvet in the closet. I did not understand her rationale but there isn’t anything I can do. So that dirty duvet cover stayed in the closet.
Maybe I should not have come back to this hotel.

GGuest UserThe RV we booked has a separate RV barbecue area. The RV is clean and sanitary. The upper and lower bunks for children are narrow but also very delicate, clean, and safe. They are soft-padded and the children like them very much. The outdoor environment is particularly good, with a small train, a cruise ship, and a children's play area. The scenic area is relatively large, and the room service is also great. You can call the front desk at any time to arrange a sightseeing bus to pick you up.

DDidiaoThe service needs to be improved. Before entering the room, mineral water and slippers were placed on the floor at the door, and you had to pick them up yourself. To be honest, I have never seen such a thing in any hotel I have stayed in. Also, the night light in the room I stayed in occasionally flickered, probably because it was broken. Other aspects were ok, the room decoration style was good, and the decoration was quite new.

As it was my first stay here, I found the overall experience to be great. The location is incredibly convenient, right next to a subway station, and taxis are easily accessible. There are also plenty of dining options nearby. The rooms were spotless, and the service was top-notch.

We planned to explore the Confucius Temple (Fuzimiao) and Qinhuai River, and after extensive research, I found this hotel conveniently located right within the Fuzimiao scenic area – the Atour Hotel Nanjing Fuzimiao Qinhuai River Cruise Terminal. The staff at the front desk even upgraded us to a river-view room. It's right by the river, and you can enjoy the beautiful night view of the Qinhuai River just by opening the window. The hotel's services were also excellent. For example, they offer a complimentary late-night congee service, where you can get free porridge in the evening. For breakfast the next day, I wanted to sleep in a bit, so I arranged with the front desk in advance to have it packed and left at our door. The service was truly impressive. We booked a twin room, and it was very spacious with comfortable bedding. My parents were very satisfied, saying they slept soundly through the night without any trouble.

The shower had excellent water pressure, the hot water came quickly, and the toiletries were well-stocked. After a shower, I felt completely relaxed. I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time!

HHaoshuangWe came to Nanjing with our kids and parents for a Zhou Shen concert, and we had already booked this hotel back in March. My parents stayed in the inner room with two large beds, while my child and I slept on the bunk beds in the living room. The hotel suite was very clean, and the room even had a building block wall and a game table. There's a Luckin Coffee downstairs, and the Ning Xiaoxian restaurant on the 28th floor served delicious food. It was only a 10-minute taxi ride to Xinjiekou, and right across the street from the hotel was the bustling Pioneer Bookstore. On the first night, we went to the Olympic Sports Center for the concert, and on the second night, we watched the Nanjing vs. Wuxi game from Wutaishan Stadium right from our room! Haha, this arrangement was absolutely brilliant. Both my parents and the kids were incredibly happy!
