Traveling to and from the city center can be time-consuming and might require additional planning. Regarding the dining experience, I found the breakfast to be quite average. The food options were nothing out of the ordinary, and the atmosphere was rather noisy. There were children running around and making a mess during breakfast, which made the experience less enjoyable. It would have been helpful if the staff had intervened to maintain a more peaceful environment. In terms of housekeeping, I had some concerns about the service provided. The housekeeping staff never made the bed during my stay, which was unexpected. Additionally, while they provided new towels, they did not remove the used ones from the room. This left the room feeling cluttered and not as clean as it could have been.

This place is absolutely stunning with beautiful traditional architecture and a nice garden in the back. It feels so calm to stay in the place. The bed is comfortable and the breakfast is good and is served in the room. The staff is very service minded and was even so kind to adapt my breakfast to being vegetarian due to my dietary restrictions. The location is ok. It is right next to the Yangtze River so you can take a nice stroll, but it is far from the train station and major attractions. However, I think it is worth the distance!
