I stayed at Wanda Realm Hotel this time, and I loved it! The lobby is so bright and spacious, and it looks high-end and refreshing. The room is also clean and tidy, and the bedding is very comfortable. Once I lie down, I feel relaxed and all the fatigue of the day has disappeared. The front desk service is even better, the attitude is super good, and the speed of checking in is done in a flash. They also recommended me many fun places around, and it feels like having a private tour guide. The breakfast is also super rich, with both Chinese and Western styles. Even a picky eater like me can find what I like. The location of the hotel is also very good, with Metro Exit 5 right outside the door, so it is convenient to go anywhere. Going to Nanjing South Railway Station or the airport, there is no need to worry about transportation problems. Next time I will definitely come here again, and I won’t consider other places!

Had a fantastic stay, as I was here to celebrate my birthday. I tried calling twice beforehand but couldn't get through. Since I hadn't informed them it was my birthday and I'm not a Hyatt member, I didn't receive any special birthday amenities. Upon arrival, I was upgraded to a Le Residence Suite. The room was located on the second floor of the North Wing, at the very end of the corridor, making it a bit far from the elevator. The front desk explained that they were almost fully booked, so a room change wasn't feasible, which I understood. The 'Qing Yu An' cocktail at the lounge was excellent, and they also offered some hot food. Breakfast was incredibly rich, with many made-to-order items. For those from Northern China, the *doufunao* (savory tofu pudding) is a must-try, served with an authentic Northern-style savory broth. The freshly-prepared congee was also good, though I found it a bit too peppery. Overall, the value for money was outstanding, and I'll definitely be back.

Hotel is comfy ,sparkling clean and quiet . Looks pleasantly new in black and white decor . About 10mins walk from nanjing south hsr station . Lots of restaurants and 24 hour convenient mart within walking distance,. Airport is about 30mins car ride away. Free coffee at the hotel lobby for the stay . Free fruit delivered to yr room everyday . All staff, from front desk to kitchen and cleaner are polite and attentive to our queries or make our stay pleasantly comfortable . I booked a suite for 2 nights at the Courtyard by Marriott the night before I came from Xi'an because I wanted to visit Niushoushan, Jinling Xiaocheng, and other tourist spots nearby. The location of the Courtyard is actually not bad; it's right beside the Hedingqiao metro station, and many food booths and convenience stores are just downstairs. You can buy takeaway at any time. The reception staff is nice and helpful and can speak very good English, no doubt. The worst was the concierge. One of the concierge staff has been playing on his cellphone every single moment. I took Didi or the metro at least 4 or 5 times every day. Every time I pass through the entrance, he is playing on his phone. The most frustrating part was when I ordered takeaway through the app. The delivery man said he placed it on the concierge cart right next to that guy, but someone took my package, and he didn't notice. YEAH, How could he possibly know if he was preoccupied with his phone ?!

We had a pleasant stay at this hotel booked via Trip.com. We checked in quite late, but the process was smooth and hassle-free, which we really appreciated after a long journey. The room was clean, comfortable, and had some nice touches like complimentary soft drinks and light snacks. The location is excellent, very close to Nanjing South Railway Station, making it super convenient for travelers. The only downside was the toiletries; we weren’t fans of the shampoo and body wash provided 😅. Other than that, everything was great. Would definitely consider staying again!

While its proximity to 1701 is convenient for performances, the hotel's room rate feels quite steep. I have a significant complaint regarding the front desk service on that day. My food delivery arrived, but it wasn't promptly delivered to my room, ostensibly due to the delivery robot being unavailable. After waiting for 20 minutes, I went downstairs to retrieve it myself, only to find the front desk staff casually chatting and laughing. Despite both delivery robots being in the lobby, my order was simply left on a small table by the door and was never sent up. When I asked them directly, 'Why was my delivery just left there and not brought up?', the front desk staff remained silent, without even offering a single apology. This level of service certainly doesn't justify the room price.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel in Nanjing! The location is very convenient — just a short walk from Nanjing South Railway Station, which made getting around super easy. The staff were warm, welcoming, and very accommodating. We really appreciated their efforts to communicate with us despite the language barrier — it made us feel truly cared for. It’s clear that this hotel has experience in hosting foreign tourists, which made our stay smooth and stress-free. Our room was clean, modern, and had excellent air conditioning, which was such a relief after a warm day exploring Nanjing. We also had a bit of fun with the smart features in the room — getting Xiaodu to turn on the lights and open the curtains was a fun touch! There are plenty of food options nearby, plus a convenience store just downstairs, which made grabbing snacks or essentials really easy. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Nanjing!

The room was clean. The breakfast spread was very generous, offering a great mix of Chinese and Western options. They even had specialties like duck blood vermicelli soup and mini wontons, as well as yogurt and small cakes – truly something for everyone, whether adults, children, or seniors. Hotel complimentary shuttle service: Free drop-off at the station, advance booking required.

The hotel is just opposite the subway station. It is very clean and new, with no odor and good sound insulation. It was a very comfortable accommodation experience. The waitress was very enthusiastic and smiled throughout the whole stay. Five-star praise, worth recommending! I will continue next time.
