This was our second stay at this hotel, and it’s just as wonderful as the first time. The setting is beautiful, and the staff are as attentive and helpful as ever. This time, we chose the dinner option included in the reservation. The only small drawback was not having the menu beforehand, which can be tricky if you have dietary restrictions. But overall, it was a lovely experience. Breakfast has also changed: it’s no longer a full buffet, but a mix of buffet and table service. Personally, I think it’s a great idea—it helps reduce food waste and adds a touch of elegance. We really enjoyed it. As always, the staff were fantastic, especially at the reception where they spoke English with ease. We’ll definitely be coming back ! We had the chance to stroll through the garden, which was a truly delightful moment.

With summer vacation drawing to a close, we opted for a 2-day, 1-night family getaway at the Banyan Tree Garden Expo with our child. James provided exceptionally warm and proactive service. He communicated with us beforehand, sending both hotel driving directions and the QR code for park entry, which made both park entry and check-in incredibly smooth and convenient. Although the weather was quite hot, our child had an absolute blast playing around the hotel. In the evening, we visited the Huggy Playground! Definitely a highly recommended family-friendly hotel!

Very new and new homestay. . . . Be cautious when bringing children. But the environment is very elegant, breakfast cannot match the environment, very general. When booking, there was a Hanfu experience and coffee. The little brother who served did not know that I had these projects. The coffee was still the next day. I planned to check out for breakfast. I reminded me, so I felt like a stunt. Maybe he was really busy alone. I forgot.

Exceeded the expectations! Besides the beautiful location and building, the staff was so kind and available. Me and my girlfriend have been treated so well!!! The service attitude and surrounding environment of the hotel are very good, but the air conditioning has almost no effect. On a hot day, the air conditioning temperature in the hotel is adjusted to 16 degrees. The temperature in the room can still be 29 degrees, sweating in the room. The faucet in the shower room is difficult to use. At the beginning, there was no hot water for three to four minutes, but the hot water came and it was very hot, and the cold water was still hot, and it was too hot to take a bath. These problems are too deadly, and not improving really affects the experience.

There are 2 Hotspring with temp around 41°C. The big one was functional . really enjoyable plus clean. Kids customised room located quite far from hotel lobby,but very clean and very nice . Bar fridge was empty . Swimming pool /sauna great. Limited western dish /vegetarian option available for the breakfast buffet . Dinner no western dish or vegetarian option available. Staff professional/ very nice /helpful . Autograph hotel (marriot ) located within walking distance from westin ,a big thank you to the staff for referring us.

Our children absolutely loved it, and it completely exceeded our expectations! We booked a 3-day, 2-night presale package and made our reservation a day in advance. Our room directly overlooked Shisan Garden, and opening the balcony door was incredibly refreshing. The front desk staff and bellhops were excellent; our luggage was promptly delivered to our room. The children's amenities also arrived very quickly. The room was spacious, clean, and well-maintained. The kids enjoyed a bath while watching TV in the tub, and we parents could work at the desk without disturbing them or each other. What the children were most excited about was the swimming pool and hot springs; they played there multiple times and absolutely loved it! In the hotel lobby, there was a sachet-making activity for 28 RMB. It was a hands-on experience where children learned to weigh traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) ingredients using a small brass scale, following recipes and specific proportions. They pounded the herbs, bagged them, and then chose their sachet design. Our child learned about the markings on ancient scales, made their own fragrant sachet, and carried it around everywhere, unwilling to let go. The hotel also provided complimentary tickets to nearby attractions. We didn't visit the fruit orchard for picking as it was outside the main resort area, but all the other attractions were excellent and easily accessible by either the hotel shuttle or the park's own shuttle service. Shisan Garden itself is both exquisitely designed and grand, with beautiful scenery at every turn – it's definitely worth taking your time to explore. The children had a fantastic time at Baobao樂園. The 'Braveheart Adventure' activity, costing an additional 30 RMB for one adult and one child, was also quite reasonably priced. Yangshan Stele is also worth a visit. Sitting in a pavilion by the lake, the cool mountain breeze instantly dispelled the summer heat. The Chinese restaurant served excellent food. My husband, who hails from Nanjing and is quite a picky eater, couldn't stop raving about the salted duck, so we ended up having all our lunches and dinners at the hotel. We had originally planned to extend our stay for another night, but unfortunately, the hotel was fully booked for the weekend. No worries, we'll definitely be back!

Located in Tangshan District of Nanjing, it is famous for its hot springs. The hotel should be an apartment with built-in hot springs, so I specially booked a room with a private hot spring. I called the front desk to remotely turn on the hot spring to relieve the fatigue of the journey, and then went out for a walk in the city at night. Fortunately, I drove myself. To get to the core area of ​​Laomendong, I had to take the highway, which took more than 40 minutes. However, I was still attracted by the lively scene and immediately integrated into it. After eating and buying some souvenirs, we drove another forty minutes back to the hotel. If you are not driving yourself, it is not recommended to stay here. The room is large and the decoration style is very simple. There was a constant smell from the sewer in the bathroom, so I turned on the exhaust fan all night. The breakfast room is not big, but it is filling. It is difficult to wait for the elevator, especially during the mealtime. It can fully meet the need of just sleeping, and the price increase during the May Day holiday is also acceptable. The hygiene needs to be more meticulous, especially for the rooms with private hot springs. When we called the front desk, we found that there was a packaging bag of some supplies in the groove of the telephone receiver that had not been cleaned up. We suddenly felt uncomfortable from the hot spring we had just soaked in. Fortunately, we sprayed it with alcohol before running the water.

The hygiene looks good. From the entrance to the usual passing by, the service staff will greet you warmly and ask if you need help with your luggage. The overall industrial style design is also different from most hotels. It is very novel. Although the buffet breakfast does not have many varieties, the quality is very good. There are also four dishes with beautifully presented dishes. Although it is Sunday, there are not many people. It is very comfortable to eat. The hotel is close to the Mirror Square and it is very convenient to go shopping.

The hotel has complete facilities, including swimming pool, restaurant, Chinese afternoon tea, bookstore, etc.; fruit drinks, potato chips and tea in the room are free, which is great👍 Environment: The hotel and its surroundings are very elegant. It is adjacent to Jinwu Pavilion Park, which is open for free. You can take a walk after dinner and it is very close to the hot spring. The hotel environment is a Chinese courtyard, elegant and quiet, especially suitable for family outings and gatherings with relatives and friends, soaking in the hot spring, listening to the birds singing, looking at the blue sky, and being in a daze, which is very comfortable! Hygiene: The hotel is very clean, the private bath is cleaned every day, and it is also safe to soak in the hot spring👍 Service: The focus is on praising the service. The staff at the front desk and restaurant are very warm and friendly, and any requests are handled very efficiently👍 The Oreo cookies in the afternoon tea restaurant are particularly delicious😋 The staff also remembered it considerately and gave it to us as a small gift when checking out, and brought hot water. During the stay, I had dinner in the hotel restaurant at night, which was clean and light; breakfast was included. The restaurant was warm and cozy, mainly Chinese breakfast, with rich categories, local characteristics, exquisite and delicious, and the morning tea dim sum beef noodles and sweet potatoes were so delicious! In short, I will definitely come again and strongly recommend it to my relatives and friends❤️
