The flight was scheduled for 6 o'clock and landed at 8 o'clock. I called at 5 o'clock, but no one answered the first call. They told me to wait at Exit 8 and someone would call you (maybe I heard it wrong, or maybe your Mandarin is not standard). Anyway, they hung up after just 2 sentences. I asked the staff if there was no Exit 8, and they called again impatiently, saying 3, 3? I asked if I needed to go out or find a stop like an online car-hailing car to wait, and they told me not to, and someone would call you. After waiting for 14 minutes, no one contacted me. I called again and they called again after just a few minutes (I wanted to cancel the reservation). After 3-4 minutes, the driver called. After a long conversation, one of us was on the 3rd floor and the other on the 1st floor. Are you blaming me for telling you that you were on the 3rd floor? I said that no one had ever told me that I was on the 3rd floor. I also specifically asked if I had to wait at a specific location (I was on the 1st floor after picking up my luggage). As a result, when I got in the car, they told me that you called me 3 minutes after I had just left to pick someone up. I said that I had already told you the flight time, but you didn't plan it well.
The hotel feels like a village near the airport. The facilities are very average and the hygiene is sloppy. As soon as you enter the room, there is a strong smell of sewer. It is much better to block it with a plastic bag. The most interesting thing is that the hot and cold water valves are reversed. After 2 minutes, the water is cold. Later, when I washed my face, I said to turn it to the right, but warm water came out. I booked the hotel in a hurry during the transit without reading the reviews. After reading the reviews, I was really impressed. Find someone with a sense of service and a little brain to receive customers. The driver was quite responsible. He was busy picking up and dropping off passengers early in the morning and waking them up in advance.
