Popular Nanjing 4-star Hotels

Great location just nearby Xinjiekou metro station.lots of shopping and eateries around. The buffet with oysters just opposite the hotel is a must try. Room are adequate and comfortable.

Negative aspects: No one in this hotel can make a complete sentence in English, which is a problem as they welcome guests from anywhere in the planet. My room had no soap for washing hands. I could listen the neighbors opening and closing their door with violence, inside my room - the sound protection is not that good. The breakfast is below average - no variety, mostly focused on Chinese food for breakfast, and the place is small and usually a mess (not clean at all). Positive aspects:  the location and the quality of the mattress (5 stars). Well, and the room was clean.

Jinfan Wanyuan Hotel's convenient location near Xinjiekou provided us with easy access to a variety of amenities, dining options, entertainment venues, and the nearby Xinjiekou Golden Eagle Shopping Mall. The exceptional front desk service provided by Ms. Xiao Chen 前台小陈 and her reception team for their warm hospitality and dedication to ensuring our comfort is highly commendable. Their commitment to excellence set a high standard for our entire stay. The unexpected upgrade from a Sunshine Superior Room to a Deluxe Suite was a delightful surprise that exceeded our expectations. The attention to detail shown by housekeepers such as Ms. Langxia 客房服务员郎霞 and Ms. Hengli 客房服务员恒丽 was truly remarkable. Their thoughtful touches, such as greeting notes, cookies, milk, flowers, and fruits arranged with care, made us feel valued and appreciated. Our experience at Jinfan Wanyuan Hotel was exceptional, and we eagerly anticipate our next visit. A big Thank You to the hotel for providing such a welcoming and memorable environment for us!

It is a good option as an Airport Hotel. If you don't have a mainland SIM card, you can approach the airport service counter to seek their help and call for the shuttle. However, the shuttle departed 10 minutes later than scheduled from Airport but on time from Hotel. Furthermore, it would be better if the facilities (e.g., the gym) and room service were available 24/7, as some international flights arrive in Nanjing quite late.

The hotel has good facilities and clean bedding. The front desk, lobby and restaurant staff are very enthusiastic. The waiter Tang Xiaoqin on the 20th floor works hard and tries to help customers solve problems. The hotel has a good environment, good location, convenient travel and high cost performance.

Interesting to have smart home system in the room, experience was great. Staff experience was great too, though the cleaner left the window open without closing the mosquito net. Amenities was quite poor in the hotel though, just good for night slp. AC temp cannot be adjusted, so this can be a point for improvement too.

We spent two nights here and everything was perfect. The location is very close to our destinations, and convenient shops are just around the corner. The hotel service was good and as for the room, it’s a bit smaller than we expected but it is surprisingly comfortable - excellent. I would recommend this hotel to travelers who want to visit Nanjing.

Clean, spacious room for family of 4, good service and best value for money. Although the Location is near to attractions places but you still need to get taxi or otherwise need to walk very far. Overall happy with the stay.

Hotel was located right smack in the middle of Nanjing's most popular shopping district. If you're travelling by train, I suggest you exit from exit 12 instead of 13 and walk around the place instead as exit 13 does not have any escalators while exit 12 has, which is better for people with luggages. The service was okay, they didn't really have the BEST service during checkin, but the housekeeping lady was really nice. Breakfast was quite good

Nice location as it's near the subway. Rooms are spacious and clean. Misgivings of the establishment are that the room walls are relatively thin, and you'll have sleepless nights if you encounter inconsiderate neighbours who talk late into the night. Hotel security and management are slightly slack in permitting kids to scream and shout in the corridors. Having said the above, it could possibly also be a cultural issue in China, where civic mindedness doesn't exist.
