Andaz Nanjing is a nice, modern & cozy hotel. I need to thank the Concierge team for their kindness & perfect arrangement. Deeply appreciated the decoration & room upgrade for my husband’s birthday. Nice view & very comfortable room. There are shopping malls and metro near the hotel, which is convenient. Breakfast is good, nice pool & gym too. We enjoyed our stay very much and we will recommend this hotel to others.

The Han Yue Lou Hotel is incredibly accommodating for families. They provided a baby crib for our one-year-old, who slept soundly throughout our two-day stay. The location is excellent, especially if you're attending a concert, as the hotel is just a 10-minute drive from the stadium. The complimentary breakfast was fantastic, offering a delightful surprise of cheese and salami. We were thrilled since we miss cheese so much in China, lol. The view from the hotel was also wonderful, and we absolutely loved it. We would definitely stay here again. A big shoutout to Tom! He was an outstanding staff member who assisted us with check-in, finding missing items, and parking. We truly appreciate his help.

The company arranged a business trip on a temporary week, and looked at the nearby hotels in advance. This one just met the travel standards, so I decided to book it as soon as possible and checked in on the same day. The plane arrived at 7 pm, and arrived at the hotel after 8 pm. The taxi did not drive into the hotel and I had to walk a distance. The front desk was very enthusiastic and helped to arrange the room according to the reservation content, and upgraded the room type. The service attitude was very good, thank you very much. The overall stay experience was also good, the breakfast was very rich, and there was also the characteristic Nanjing duck blood vermicelli soup. The room was clean and tidy, the bathroom was large, and I lived in a suite, so there was also a relatively large living room with two TVs, which was very suitable for a family trip. Overall, the experience was good, and there was no queuing and crowding at night, waiting for check-in.

What a wonderfully surprising stay! I found this hotel last minute after a concert, and it was incredibly comfortable. The kitchen was also very well-equipped. It truly felt like a home away from home. The gym, in particular, impressed me – the treadmills were next to floor-to-ceiling windows with views of green trees, and they even had a Pilates reformer! Next time, I'll definitely go for a swim.

I loved my stay here. Check in was quick and easy and they have staff who speak English which is always nice to see. They were very friendly. The breakfast was amazing and my picture only shows a small amount of it. There is both Western and Chinese style breakfast options, so something for everyone. The bed was a little too soft for my liking but I still had 2 nights of good sleep. The room is big and clean and the river view is amazing.

Although the renovation took a long time, it is well maintained. The rooms and bathrooms are large and fully equipped. The breakfast options are quite rich. You can take the No. 10 and No. 2 subways nearby, and the shopping mall is also close. The most important thing is that there is no price increase during the Qingming Festival. Compared with the rooms in Xinjiekou that cost more than 1,000 yuan, it is very cost-effective. I will choose it again when I go to Nanjing next time

We wrapped up our meeting in Suzhou and decided to swing by Nanjing to visit our relatives. And boy, did we stumble upon a gem of a hotel! This place was like a work of art, with Chinese artistic touches everywhere you looked. I gotta give a shout-out to Alex and Alice at the reception. They provided us with some top-notch service while checking us in. And let's not forget about Alex from the concierge - that guy was a lifesaver! Our stay was nothing short of amazing. We had such a relaxing time, and I guarantee you'll feel the same if you give this hotel a shot. Seriously, it's worth every penny. So, if you're looking for a fantastic experience, I highly recommend this place. To sum it all up, our little detour from Suzhou to Nanjing led us to this incredible hotel. It was decked out with beautiful Chinese artwork and had a vibe that was hard to beat. Alex and Alice at the reception were absolute rock stars, and Alex from the concierge went above and beyond to help us out. Trust me, you won't regret staying here if you want a wonderful, laid-back time.

It was the first time for me to travel to Nanjing with my family. I was not familiar with Nanjing. I decided on this hotel with trepidation among many hotels. Because there were elderly people and children, I had many concerns. I was very anxious before checking in and on the way to the hotel. The road was very congested on May Day, but this hotel completely exceeded my expectations and brought me too many surprises. Surprise 1: When we were still stuck in traffic, we received a call from the hotel and asked about the approximate arrival time. Then, when they learned that I had elderly people and children, they arranged a room for me in a targeted manner, sent me some precautions in advance, and entered the license plate in advance and told me the convenient parking route; Surprise 2: The lobby is very warm, with a parent-child area and a beverage area. The front desk lady saw that we had elderly people and children, and she was very smart to help me take care of them. A young lady enthusiastically took my child to paint, and another young lady guided the service to sit in the rest area and gave drinks and snacks. I took the room card with all my heart. After the processing, we had a lot of luggage. A beautiful girl named Zhang Xiangru took my luggage and sent us to the room The room was very big; Surprise 3: We got up late, and when we got to the restaurant, there were a lot of people. Miss BILI took us to a very parent-child area, and left pig buns for us. She also played cartoons for my child; Surprise 4: They have different interactive activities every day. Wang Na and a group of other little sisters took a group of children to make ice cream and hand-made lemon tea, so that the children could participate in it, and it was free. I really like the parent-child area they designed, which can help us free our hands; Surprise 5: The room also has different gifts for adults and children; Surprise 6: Too many, too many, too many, too many touching things... Although the price will be slightly higher during holidays, I think it is worth it for their attentive service. The overall feeling in this store is very comfortable. Several little sisters have a very good memory. Every time they see my child, they can call his name and make the child happy, which makes our family feel not strange at all in a strange city. It feels like the whole hotel is opened by my friend.

Amazing modern luxurious hotel. Very helpful and friendly staff who went out of their way to assist us. Really appreciated the stay. The room we had for our family was fantastic with amazing views! Great location. Extremely clean. Amenities are first class. Pool was great also. Breakfast very tasty and lots to choose from. All in all a brilliant stay. I booked this hotel with my friends. It is very convenient to take a taxi from the South Station for 15 minutes. It is also very convenient to go out to play the subway. There is Kudi coffee in the hotel. It is not bad. I get up in the morning and have a glass of ice American and then go out to play. The front desk lady also intimately introduced us to the delicious places nearby, did not step on thunder~ Next time I come to Nanjing, my friends and I will stay here!
