Nanjing Jiangning District Hotels

I stayed at Wanda Realm Hotel this time, and I loved it! The lobby is so bright and spacious, and it looks high-end and refreshing. The room is also clean and tidy, and the bedding is very comfortable. Once I lie down, I feel relaxed and all the fatigue of the day has disappeared. The front desk service is even better, the attitude is super good, and the speed of checking in is done in a flash. They also recommended me many fun places around, and it feels like having a private tour guide. The breakfast is also super rich, with both Chinese and Western styles. Even a picky eater like me can find what I like. The location of the hotel is also very good, with Metro Exit 5 right outside the door, so it is convenient to go anywhere. Going to Nanjing South Railway Station or the airport, there is no need to worry about transportation problems. Next time I will definitely come here again, and I won’t consider other places!

My stay here was an unexpectedly perfect experience, with the following highlights: **Spotless Cleanliness:** The entire room was immaculate, and the bedding and bathroom felt brand new. Even someone with a germ phobia would feel completely at ease. **Smart & Modern:** The room features smart controls, high-speed Wi-Fi, and screen casting capabilities, making life incredibly convenient. **Comfortable Rest:** Blackout curtains and a soundproofing system ensure a peaceful environment, while the soft bedding guarantees a great night's sleep. **Excellent Facilities:** The gym and laundry room are well-maintained and comfortable, significantly enhancing the overall stay.

The hotel is very close to the airport, about a five-minute drive. The airport shuttle was surprisingly uncrowded, almost like a private transfer, which was perfect for us as we had a lot of luggage. However, the driver who picked us up was quite unhelpful and didn't assist with our bags. Fortunately, the driver for our departure was very friendly, which made up for the initial disappointment. We also received welcome fruit and breakfast. Since we were traveling with a child, they even provided an extra breakfast for our little one, which was a thoughtful touch. The breakfast itself was just average, but the multigrain porridge was good. Overall, it was a good stay. However, if you are a light sleeper who is easily disturbed by noise, this might not be the place for you. Due to its close proximity to the airport, there's noise from planes taking off, which can continue until around 1 AM. On the positive side, taxis are very convenient. Even though we arrived quite late, we were able to catch a taxi to the Bali Night Market for dinner, which was less than a 15-minute drive away. This convenience was greatly appreciated. The taxi fare was around 20 RMB.

The hotel is super close to the station, just a 5-minute walk away. Ride-hailing services are also very convenient in the area. The hotel was clean, and the front desk staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. It offers great value for money too. They even made me a freshly brewed coffee before I checked out. Highly recommended for business trips.

One of the best hotels in JiangNing, if not the best. Amazing place, great service and hospitality. Breakfast is surely worth it and the view with the mall and Baijiahu 1912 next door is just the most convenient for any shopping and food!

I was a little disappointed. I have stayed at this hotel numerous times and have always enjoyed my stay. The rooms are nice and comfortable and it is very convenient for either a late arrival or early morning flight. My only complaint would be the choice available for in-room dining. The only available western food available on the menu was an assorted fruit plate. I seem to remember a much bigger selection in previous stays. That being said I will stay there again and would recommend.

The room was excellent and very clean. The hotel lobby and lounge also boasted a wonderful ambiance. Darcy was incredibly helpful and supportive throughout our entire stay. We were greeted with welcome fruits and even got to try their newly launched 'Blossom Series' bubble bath, which was incredibly relaxing and comfortable. The hotel's breakfast was also delicious, with highlights like Duck Blood Vermicelli Soup, and the restaurant offered lovely views. Highly recommended! As an added bonus, they gifted us two tickets to the Imperial Examination Museum, which are valid until the end of the year. What a fantastic bonus!

Stepping into Huazhu She Niushou Yinlan B&B felt like entering a hidden, dreamy oasis. The B&B is surrounded by lush green mountains and babbling brooks, with the air filled with nature's refreshing fragrance. The rooms are exquisitely and elegantly decorated, with meticulous attention to every detail. The soft, comfortable bedding ensures a truly restful night's sleep. The service at the B&B is absolutely impeccable. The staff are warm, thoughtful, and incredibly responsive to every request. It's a place where you can truly enjoy peaceful moments and experience thoughtful, personalized service. Highly recommended for anyone seeking to relax and rejuvenate!

I booked a suite for 2 nights at the Courtyard by Marriott the night before I came from Xi'an because I wanted to visit Niushoushan, Jinling Xiaocheng, and other tourist spots nearby. The location of the Courtyard is actually not bad; it's right beside the Hedingqiao metro station, and many food booths and convenience stores are just downstairs. You can buy takeaway at any time. The reception staff is nice and helpful and can speak very good English, no doubt. The worst was the concierge. One of the concierge staff has been playing on his cellphone every single moment. I took Didi or the metro at least 4 or 5 times every day. Every time I pass through the entrance, he is playing on his phone. The most frustrating part was when I ordered takeaway through the app. The delivery man said he placed it on the concierge cart right next to that guy, but someone took my package, and he didn't notice. YEAH, How could he possibly know if he was preoccupied with his phone ?!

The overall experience is average. There are many dead corners in the five-star hotel. The dirt on the pool is not wiped. I had a bad experience on the first day of check-in. I woke up and took my children to the scenic spot for a happy trip. I received a call from the hotel saying that two towels were lost and asked if we had brought them out! It affected my mood for playing! I hung up the phone after the communication failed. When I returned to the hotel, I was surprised that the hotel did not put new towels for us when the old towels were not found! ! ! ! This was beyond my expectation! They did not replace the old ones for us in time! Is this what a five-star hotel did? Is this the service attitude? ! ! ! ! This is the pattern? Fortunately, we found the towels in the hotel in the end, and we threw them into the basket in time! As expected, the hotel replaced the old towels with new ones the next day! I want to complain about this! ! ! ! The place where the bath towels are placed is a dead corner, just put it there, no need to wipe it! The breakfast was shown before 9:30, but we went down at 8:30 on the first day. The customer service staff told us that we were late and there was very little to eat! The most worthy of complaint is that I booked a hotel on Ctrip and I like quietness away from noise, but the hotel actually arranged a room facing the subway road, which means that if the subway is not closed, I will hear a subway whizzing by every two minutes! It is really disturbing! The hotel does not allow pets, but I actually heard Teddy's barking in the corridor. Fortunately, it was during the day and did not cause any impact! It really does not deserve five stars!
