It's not what you would expect from a hotel of this level. The first time I stayed there, I was assigned a room farthest away, but the room card couldn't be used to open it. When I went in, I found that it was still a wall-mounted air conditioner, the water heater was boiling water, and the TV couldn't even project the screen. There was nothing in the room, even bathrobes and water were provided separately. I reported the problem, which might be because it was too far away, and it took half a day for the waiter to come to my house.

Hygiene: The sanitation is quite clean, there is no peculiar smell, but the toilet is a little stained.
