入住過很多城市的全季，這個是環境設施最差勁的一個店！服務也很差，首先説環境，很多位置的牆紙都是開翹的，牆面油污、臟的沒有清潔；然後房間還有很大的一股發黴的味道，還有蟲子！
再説服務，入住過後在平台上聯繫開發票的事情，每天聯繫都沒人反饋，打電話也沒有人答覆。所有聯繫記錄平台都有顯示。
添加微信之後反饋這些問題，客服人員就又是沒有下文不解決問題了。對全季真的失望
