先是差評 再是有很多話想説
衞生：很差 一進門到前面 一直大蟑螂迎接我們 房間裏到處都是下水道的小飛蟲 我跟我男朋友和兩個姐妹一起的 兩個姐妹住在隔壁的隔壁房間 圖裡就是她們房間的沙發 搞得這麼臟要麼換一個沙發要麼清洗乾淨 放一個這樣的沙發是什麼意思？
設施：房間桌上放了個牌子説是最近樓下裝修 讓我們諒解 我們可以理解 但是房間窗户都關不上又是什麼意思？ 本來就裝修 窗户還關不上 聲音吵的厲害 還有就是裝修很有問題 門一打開正對着廁所 如果有人在裏面洗澡留了一小條縫 門一開看的清清楚楚 門一打開就能看到廁所是怎麼樣的 隔夜也很差 隔壁打呼嚕聲音都能聽到
服務：關於服務很複雜 首先就是我和我朋友中間的房間住了另外一個人 有一天晚上我和男朋友去同一棟樓樓上按摩 然後我朋友給我發説走廊有人吵架 很吵然後就打給前台投訴 之後就有人來敲她們房間的人 她們説是聽到隔壁的人開了門就來敲門了 還敲了兩次 並且一直在門口徘徊 過了一會才走 之後沒人了 我們按摩完就趕緊回去把門鎖起來 一回到房間就聽到有女聲在喊 喉嚨已經啞了還在喊 之後就聽到***的幾聲 我們都懷疑在家暴 隨後我朋友又打給了前台説可能需要報警 再加上大半夜這麼吵我們也睡不着 前台衹是叫了樓下保安來了一次後就沒來了 第二天晚上我們回到酒店問了前台前一天的事情怎麼處理的 保安大叔過來説根本沒有進到房間裏 説敲了門沒人開就走了 我想問責任在哪？如果真的出事了呢？前台還跟我們説那天白天阿姨去打掃沒發現什麼 這句讓我是真無語了 難道一定要發現了什麼才代表發生了什麼嗎？還有不止這一件事 第一天晚上到的時候我和我朋友選的是不同價位的房間 我兩個朋友先登記的 前台説她們房間沒有窗户 給他們免費升級 把窗户的房間給她們 之後我們進房間後看了一下兩邊的區別 我房間的價位比她們高 但她們的房間有個茶几 我們的房間沒有並且更小 之後我們找前台説 前台説現在沒有房間了 明天的話可以換 我們大家都是出來旅遊的 一大早哪有時間在那換房間？晚上到酒店還有精力嗎 這種處理方式讓人無語 不應該是先看看我們的價位再決定房間嗎？謹慎選房吧 旅遊這麼多次 第一次被種種原因無語到

房間一點不隔音，一晚上被吵醒幾回，早上六點兩個保潔在通道里麪大聲聊天，給他們溝通無效，還是繼續在樓道刷**，這聲音都隔離不了。。。體驗極差，隔壁和口腔開水龍頭都嗡嗡的聽得很清楚，垃圾的很。。。。
