The hotel is situated inside Jiangsu Expo Garden/Park. I love walking along the railway track lined with cherry blossoms.

There are 2 Hotspring with temp around 41°C. The big one was functional . really enjoyable plus clean. Kids customised room located quite far from hotel lobby,but very clean and very nice . Bar fridge was empty . Swimming pool /sauna great. Limited western dish /vegetarian option available for the breakfast buffet . Dinner no western dish or vegetarian option available. Staff professional/ very nice /helpful . Autograph hotel (marriot ) located within walking distance from westin ,a big thank you to the staff for referring us.

Great swimming pool. Breakfast was decent - there was a reasonable variety of food on offer. Good kids playroom, and the property is clearly pretty popular with families with young children.

Very spacious room. Things are pretty new. More in depth cleaning is needed still. But I am surprised that nothing but coffee is provided in mini bar. Not even a single fruit in this room type. The private room for hot spring is simply a bathtub. Quite a bit disappointing. Overall a good and relaxing experience

It's good hotel offering good swimming pool and their staffs are so friendly and supportive. Breakfast is not exceptionally good but stanrdard. For those who do not have a car and want to visit city center, it will be not so convenient. Overall this hotel is decent and good for family visitors.

Top Location, very clean and perfect service, room was upgraded to a suit and very nice, but unfortunately without private hot spring as booked. Breakfast was great. Will come back again for a longer stay.

Great hotel to take a family for a quick staycation. Overall the expo garden could use a bit work but Westin hotel is alove all expectations. Center location in the whole expo, exceptional breakfast, indoor and outdoor spa option, and a nice play space for young kids and especially great staff service!

Pros: 1) located right inside the Jiangsu garden expo 2) Breakfast is delicious and lot of varieties 3) services is good, especially shout out to the front receptionist name Lucy, very friendly and helpful, also others hotel staff all very friendly 4) lovely interior 5) hot spring eventhou not many choices but still ok Cons 1) no restaurant available nearby, only got KFC 2) outside delivery need pick up ownself at the main gate eventhou drive by the hotel staff but still very troublesome for guests like me who have 3 kids 3) indoor Swimming pool is not enough heated, water temperature should be around 20+ degree which quite cold when outside temp is at 9~15 degree 4) room wise ac temperature is not working, lucky the weather still quite cold so I don't bother to contact the hotel to complain , just open the window overall for the Westin hotel brand, I'm quite disappointed on the facilities and rooms, but services not bad, and hotel staff are friendly

Hotel location not bed, however in evening , there is no any Restaurant nearby even KFC close at 6pm

It was wonderful experience to stay in the hotel. The service and the facility was very nice specially the manager Mr. Richard Jiang was very considerable for whole my family. I strongly recommend you to stay their.

Checked in on Thursday and Friday night, Ctrip booked a package, free tickets to the Thirteen Gardens, free tickets to the Yangshan Stele Forest, free 300 yuan Chinese restaurant coupons, and free 1-hour travel photography, which is still very cost-effective. Because it was a non-working day, there were few tourists, so the hotel swimming pool was under maintenance, but the hotel called in advance and said that they could arrange for swimming at the nearby Radisson Hotel. The room we stayed in was also very good, facing the open-air hot spring, but the only thing was that the hot spring was only open until 9 pm and closed, while the Japanese hotel could be open until 12 noon. It was a bit regrettable! By the way, the hotel is next to Suyun Thirteen Gardens, and you don’t have to wait for the free shuttle bus. The shuttle bus runs every hour, and it only takes less than ten minutes to walk!

My baby came to play on her birthday. The hotel folded a little elephant on the bed. The cross-eyed ◑_◐ is so cute. They also gave her a small cake. The taste is great. The service is excellent. My baby likes swimming the most. There are few people in the off-season. The pool is usually reserved every day. The water is clear and the lifeguard is also very cute. The outdoor hot spring is a bit hot in this season. You have to go ashore after soaking for a few minutes. The breakfast is very rich, and the pastries are especially outstanding. Every staff member is warm and welcoming. It feels like home. It is a ceiling-level hotel.
